Excellent location in the centre of town, clean and light accommodation. The free car park pass was appreciated!

Yes, it smells a bit, but it seems to be a result of the old pipes from neighbouring properties. It wasn’t too bad in mid-October.

Absolutely foul smell in living room meaning we spent time as a family playing games in the top bedroom instead as it was unpleasant to be in the living room for long

Lovely apartment shame about smell and pub

Great location to water, very clean

There was a strange smell in living room lots of air fresher every where was a very unpleasant There was a pub next door which made it very difficult to sleep. On suite ceiling very low my husband could not use the toilet due to low ceiling

Sewage smell in property. Avoid this property

Very disappointed due to an awful sewage smell in the property which made the lounge/dining room (the only large room in the house) unusable for the entire stay. All complaints to the owner have gone unanswered. A refund of half the rental was agreed with their agents (Coast and Country Cottages, Mayors Avenue, Dartmouth) during the stay. But after over a month has not been refunded to my Booking.com account. Apparently this is a repeat of a sewage smell reported by previous guests which has not been dealt with by the owner. Extremely embarrassing for me since my French in-laws had come over for the Passing out Parade at BRNC. Avoid.

A pleasant property for our short stay.

Good location. As advertised. Perfecty adequate for our short stay.

Instrucions on how to locate the property. The door to this flat is between two commercial properties, behind a metal gate and a huge refuse bag. So was not easy to spot initially.

They should be a call from the office for late arrival of the customers .. There are 2 pin pad and they are confusing one on by the door and one below 👇🏿 which confused first time holiday makers specially for late arrivals. Overall nice 👍🏼
