Beautiful apartment in the middle of Dartmouth.

Beautiful apartment on 3 floors, very old but with all mod cons. Annie was an excellent host. Very comprehensive and clear instructions. The apartment is in the middle of Dartmouth. 2 mins from everything. It is above a very good restaurant. The restaurant does create some noise but doesn’t really have a great effect on the stay. Noise is a low hum and finishes before bed time. Car parking is provided in the Towns car park and is included in the cost. It is 5 mins walk. We were able to unload and load the car in the parking opposite the apartment. You get an hour.

It is a 3 storey apartment on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd levels so not suitable for people with disabilities.

Central location. £35 ticket bought us 10 trips on the lower ferry to Kingsweir that took us to Paignton and Tourquay etc. comfy chairs, beds. 3 x loos. 2x bathrooms. There is a parking bay nearby reserved. Lovely old pubs. The local snack cafes are expensive so thanks to a Nautical nest kitchen we saved there.

24 hour gull calling which eventually became normal! You need to be able to climb stairs! ( Which was good exercise!)

Lovely family stay - home from home.

Cleanliness, homely feel, spacious areas, well equipped, good attentive hosts, nice outside decking area, great central location.

There is no hanging space in the larger 2nd bedroom, it had plenty of drawer space but my Mum had the single in there and my Sister slept in the double bed and they could have done with some hanging space for dresses etc. Could be easily fixed but equally it didn't impact massively.

Absolutely everything !! The property is ideally located for everything you may need in Dartmouth and the ferry across to Kingswear is a 2 minute walk away.

Friendly welcoming owner, beautiful property, perfectly situated.

Beautiful property excellent location right in the middle of all the great pubs and restaurants Dartmouth has to offer. Much larger than expected. Very homely feel. Spotless and fully equipped with everything you’d need. The host was so friendly , lovely personal touch with all correspondence. Suggested places to eat and links to new year events. Felt like staying at a friend’s property, as so welcoming. Thank you

thoroughly enjoyable

The location the property, the property is extremely well kept, it suited the family better than a hotel because of the extra space it provided. Dartmouth is just a lovely place to stay with so much to see and do.

Parking was a bit of a chore but to be expected in a town centre position, the trade off however is well worth while. We live in a Georgian house and are used to many staircase's and they are a bit of a pain with small children but again the trade off is worth it.

Fantastic stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here during easter break. This apartment has ample of space and amenities. We were a small family of 3 but easily 2 families can fit here. All rooms were well kept and had everything you need. Top floor room was really lovely. It is a nice airy space with a fantastic location. Specially if you are travelling with a little one, you are out and everything you need is at stone's throw distance. I specifically choose this for it's amazing location and we were not disappointed. There were boards games and also lovely books for children. Wifi was great and so is the big TV! Annie was the kindest host. She is an excellent communicator and updated us about what's happening locally and also warned us of bad weather/road conditions. All in all not only the apartment is really beautiful and well maintained but also the host is very friendly. We absolutely loved it here- good for relaxation and great for exploring the town as well.

I cannot fault this place however I think if temperature control can be done from bedroom we wouldn't have to go down the stairs deep in the night.

Perfect location central to shops, pubs, tourist facilities, quayside - in fact everything! Great host. Exceptional communication at every stage. Spacious house with everything you could possibly need. Easy parking nearby.

Perfect location for exploring Dartmouth. Hosts kept us really well informed and were friendly and helpful. Apartment was well equipped with thoughtful touches, such as books for our 2 year old and prosecco and cookies on arrival

Sehr schönes Haus in Dartmouth, Nähe Wanderwege und Fähre.

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in Dartmouth! Das Haus liegt mitten in der kleinen City, die Fewo über einem Restaurant. Parken kann man mittels eines Parkausweises kostenfrei auf dem städtischen Parkplatz. Die Fewo geht über 2 Etagen und auch unterm Dach befindet sich noch ein Schlafzimmer. Jede Menge Platz. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Küche auch super ausgestattet. Wir waren im November da, im Wohnzimmer stand sogar ein Weihnachtsbaum, das machte das Haus noch gemütlicher.

Am ersten Abend kamen Küchengerüche aus dem Restaurant ins Haus gezogen.
