Beautiful views, spacious house and amazing Dartmouth. Will definitely be back.
The view from the balcony is stunning, difficult to peel yourself away for days out. House is much bigger than expected from the photos, perfect walking location for the town. All about the balcony for us though, evening meals, morning coffee or just admiring the view it was ideal.
Parking and accessing for the property are both difficult, but that is not specific to this property. Once you get used to the beautiful winding streets and where/when to park in the town it all becomes part of the holiday. Though if you come in one car and it isn't big then you will be fine with the garage.

Brilliant location. Clean and spacious. Will be using this house again when staying in dartmouth.
Small garage for nissan qashqai. Door on garage dosnt lock.

i love Dartmouth but not this property needs a thorough clean
the views were wonderful and the location
it was very very very diary. on arrival one of the bathroom bins had a lot of used sanitary towels and the carpets were filthy everywhere

The location was perfect, the views were spectacular. It was well kept, very comfortable. Parking was perfect, and easy to manage.
