We had the best time at Dartfest, we saw some fantastic bands and it’s such a lovely atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly

Beautiful place gorgeous house but some problems need reactifiying. !!

Thaw property was beautiful . We had an issue with shower in twin bedroom bad flow of water then on the Thursday it wouldn’t switch off ,apparently they’ve had problems with this tap before and I think it could have been sorted out before it was used ?.

The cellar bedroom was smelling very damp and not working heating , luckily there was no need for us to use it . But needs sorting !!

Love the location - right in the centre of town. Views from the lounge are simply stunning. Beautiful views of the Dart. Nice furnishings. Comfortable beds & lounge furniture. Nice decor. Good heating system.

The front door is almost impossible to open - easier to get in than out! The steps up the property are extremely uneven and steep. As we were all young (ish!) and fit, we found it to be worth it for the view but it is not easy with cases and bags! Water pressure in the shower in the bathroom is very poor.

Very good

Fantastic location, with stunning views from the beautiful living room and the outside seating area. Well equipped kitchen & dining room, comfortable bedrooms and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back!

Off street parking can be tricky to find at times and although we were ok navigating the stairs, this could be challenging for some people.

terrible experience - arrived in the dark, down many, many steps that were not lit, were covered in scaffolding that was almost impossible to pass, covered in builders rubble and a terrible hazhard. House smelt of damp and was not clean on arrival - even found a pill on the bedroom floor.

nothing we left - apparently the views are good but we didn’t see as arrived and left in the dark

Fantastic

Lovely cottage, very homely with spectacular views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We were visiting family in Dartmouth and the house was a wonderful base to meet and admire the stunning situation, could of spent the weekend just looking out of the windows. We hope to return for future family gatherings.

Could have been warned about the scaffolding blocking the path down from the garage. Doubly difficult as we arrived in the dark and during very heavy rain! The scaffolding has obviously been there for a long time and will be for a long time to come. In daylight it was an adventure! The previous occupants rubbish was strewn all over the garage - we tidied it up but made initial parking difficult (dark and pouring with rain didn't help). Minor issues to an otherwise wonderful stay.

Lovely location close to town and easy walk to castle- steps to the property but almost unavoidable in Dartmouth not to have to climb!
