The Bolthole is a beautifully presented 4 storey double fronted period property within Dartmouth’s centre, having 3 double bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms and outside balconies offering spectacular views of Kingswear, Dartmouth Estuary and out to sea. The property is situated in a level position minutes walking distance to Dartmouth's town centre, restaurants and amenities, comfortable lounge and a well equipped kitchen. Free, unlimited Wi-Fi is achievable throughout the building.

Paul was a great host and gave us detailed information and instructions for our stay. The property was small but perfectly formed with wonderful views from the top floor. We managed to find 2 parking spaces in the street parking outside the property but I imagine this would be challenging in peak periods. The property was excellently situated and this was a huge advantage. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend to others.
