The property was clean and tidy with all the amenities that we needed. It was in a great location and was perfect for our stay.

The finish on the house is superb, having stayed there recently before we knew what to expect and we were not disappointed, location is fab, parking permit very welcome, one of our favourite properties in Dartmouth.

Location was good for access to everything
Surprised to have 4 flight of stairs which was not in the description- 1 of our party found this a struggle after knee replacement. Facility's were good but there were ants in the downstairs bathroom! The front door lock is temperamental and sometimes was a struggle to get out.

Great location and great facilities and place for us all to relax
The downstairs shower door did not close properly however this did not affect our use of the shower.
