Great property but remote to house parking

Lovely 2 bed home in the centre of Dartmouth, quiet road yet everything within easy walking distance. Tv in lounge and one of the bedrooms. Good facilities throughout.

Whilst parking is provided in a car park 5 mins walk away there's none guaranteed next to property. This can make loading and unloading stressful as you may need to double park and block the road to through traffic for a short period. The very frustrating one way systems and tight roads of Dartmouth just add stress when impatient drivers insist on you moving before you've unpacked, so you have to go through the one way system again.You may occasionally get a space outside the property but it's sheer luck if you do! Wouldnt recommend walking from car park to property with your luggage, couple of hilly roads.

A cosy and clean house, which is well worth it

A very cosy little house - it was genuinely lovely.

Just the parking advice. It was hard to locate so some notes would have helped (satnav tried to lead us into a completely wrong route and we’d have got stuck). It only mattered as it’s a tight squeeze around the streets and if you don’t know Dartmouth (we didn’t) and it’s pouring with rain it can be a challenge, when you first arrive. Otherwise all was great. Maybe a more comfortable sofa….

Super location and having a parking space made life much easier. Central to everything and lots of places to eat / shops and lovely views to walk to.

I loved it all. Cannot fault it! Only sad I was only there for 1 night.

Lovely cottage with everything we needed for a short break in Dartmouth. The location is ideal for local restaurants and access to all activities in the area.

Clean and tidy Key safe far too fiddly when trying to get in in the pouring rain. Coffee machine not working very well Hob needs instruction booklet Mattress in main bedroom far too soft Missed not having any outside space especially as the weather was so lovely 😞

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely rebook if going to Dartmouth

Fantastic location and property. Great value.

The only minor issues were the coffee machine was broken and toilet flush buttons were loose. We were given the choice of having the coffee machine looked at but had bought coffee for the cafetière. Parking position could be better described on information, ie: HG12 rather than just 12 which was someone’s garage.

perfectly acceptable - it was in line with the price one pays to stay in Dartmouth.

Key safe was not an easy one to operate...but apart from that the kitchen was really well equipped.

beware of a very steep staircase. IF a little less certain on stairs this might not be for you...Additionally the allocated parking space is not that close...out of season we parked in the street outside/close by, but we were lucky to get a space and simply did not drive out until we left...

Overall we had a great time.

The location was excellent and the availability of a parking space connected with the property was great.

There were niggly things not quite right with the property - coffee machine was broken, the toilet flush was working but damaged, the shower drain was partially blocked meaning the shower room flooded.
