Lovely stay perfect location

Lovely house with excellent views, tastefully decorated. Sky room is just beautiful

Some things need updating, the utility room in rear yard is awful, dirty and unloved, put us off using the freezer or the washing machine. It needs a good clean and some paint. Some things like glasses need to be replaced 2 tumblers in a house that sleeps 6...no children's beakers etc...Also its Christmas time...a little tree or some nod to Xmas would have been a nice touch

Great location, views and house decor

A few small niggles such as extractor fan was broken in the bathroom, bathroom door had no lock, and not enough glasses for water (plenty of wine glasses though!) but other than that, our stay was really comfortable.

Lovely but thr outside areas need work - they are nothing like the photos.

Lovely views. The house was clean and well decorated. Very convenient location

The outside areas were very badly maintained. The rear terrace was not usable due to overgrown weeds. The artificial turf was dirty. The seats on the front terrace were broken or rusty.

Location, layout, clean & comfortable

Chairs in front garden not clean. Mildew and dirt on them, which is such a shame as a nice place to sit and admire view.

Property location was excellent.

Bathroom extractor fan not working. Bed mattresses were not comfortable. Mattresses were made with foam/sponge. Spring mattresses are always more comfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay but house needs some attention from owners.

Stunning views and amazing location. Beautiful house with loads of space. Parking permit is great to have.

Garden / terrace area needs attention as currently not inviting. We didn’t use it at all. It could be made so much more of. Blinds on velux windows need replacing as difficult to retract. Front room very bright on a morning, a blind or curtain on front panel would be good.

lovely property in a quiet location but still close to dartmouth centre / fabulous view.

kitchen facilities needed a bit of maintenance and a few more plates and glasses would be appreciated when max no of 6 people in property.

Beautifully decorated, equipped and comfortable

No nearby parking and now TV movies still didn’t work even when we reasoned for the password.
