The master has an ensuite, plus there's a family bathroom and a downstairs WC. Enjoy a bright, open-plan kitchen diner with doors to the patio and garden. The cosy living room also opens out and features a smart TV. Outside, relax in the good-sized garden with seating. Private driveway parking for 2 cars completes the package.

The property is located on the outskirts of Dartmouth, meaning it's very easy to get into town but without the busyness! The park and ride is within easy walking distance too. So it's easy to get in and out of Dartmouth. There is also a supermarket within walking distance or a short drive away.
