I enjoyed my stay on the park and would consider returning.

Nice location, well equiped accommodation and good value for money all round.

No real complaints. Didn't get the greatest of views from my accomodation but that's the luck of the draw sometimes. Especially as it was a late booking. I guess the best ones get let first.

Great site for families

The location was good. Lots to do in the area. Unfortunately the pool was closed, but it looked great. Bedroom good size, wardrobes space good. The site was nice with the lake and the trees. Staff were friendly. Kitchen area good size, lots of crockery. Garden furniture ample for outside relaxing.

The bed, mattress made you roll into the middle. Cooking pan broken handle, cooker rings worn. Only one rack on oven but no grill pan.

It was a pleasant stay in a beautiful location! Overall, the experience was definitely worth it.

We enjoyed our stay overall and really appreciated the opportunity to spend time in nature. The location is great for relaxing and disconnecting, ( especially if you've got good weather :)) .The chalet has a lot of potential.

There are a few areas where improvements could make the experience even better. The sofa had some pet hair and the bed was not very comfortable, with a few parts needing repair (which I tried to fix temporarily). The kettle was a bit rusty so we preferred not to use it, and the bathroom window was tricky to close, so you need to be careful with it. Some of the pans were scratched as well. In the kids’ room, a few pillows and bed linen were stored in the corner, and the TV stand with the PlayStation had some dust, although we didn’t use it since we spent most of the time outdoors. Overall, the cleanliness could be improved, but we still had a good time and enjoyed the overall experience.

Great value in a peaceful and convenient location

It was good value, in a peaceful location and I think in the summer would be even better with the BBQ and Glan Gwna facilities. It had a really large comfy sofa and good amenities in the kitchen (incl. fridge, freezer and cooker/hob. I slept well in the double bed. Key collection was really simple and John easy to communicate with.

The shower, whilst warm has poor pressure. It is quite snug with 4 people there and with luggage too. Given the good price for staying it isn't a major issue, but it wasn't clear in advance that you are expected to top up the pre-paid meter if it runs out - i would expect electric to be covered for however long you are staying and there was just enough on the card to cover our stay.

Lovely setting within driving distance of Caernarfon

Good value for money. Oven, hob, shower, WiFi all worked fine, selection of DVDs for use. Lovely setting in holiday park, accessible by bus, with balcony with views over pond. Park itself was great, with pool, shop, cafe and pub/restaurant. Host super communicator before and during stay. Emergency electricity card left (which we needed to use - our fault). Thank you very much.

Cooker was a little dated and had a well-used feel. Second bedroom was a little cramped (if more than one person shares, though big sofa is also available).

Good location, nice and clean.good communication

It was cold. There was no gas in the heater therefore could only use the small portable electric heater which we used sparingly. Did not appreciate paying quite a lot for a weekend and then to be told I have to put money on the electric card and leave some on for the next guest . The host should make sure it's included . small suggestion The fridge door needs switching opens the wrong way and is difficult to get in.

Freezing cold and spoilt the holiday

The location was lovely. It’s a short distance away from majority of the places we wanted to go to.

We were freezing every single night because the wind would blow through the air vents. We had no heat for majority of the stay, so had to go out and buy hot water bottles to try and keep warm.

Perfect location, great pool which the kids really enjoyed. Cabin was lovely with plenty of extras in the cupboards (especially the sun cream!) Great balcony to relax on and plenty of parking.We would love to come back again.. great value for money. Plenty of things to do around the area. Weather was fantastic for the 3 days we spent there.
