If I was being picky bathroom cupboard needs a clean…. but did not detract from stay.

Jane was a lovely host very friendly and helpful
The only thing stopping it being a 10/10 was not being en suite but wasn't a problem for an overnight stay

Nice quiet location in the countryside
Bathroom was not en suite. This was not made clear in the initial write up
Cooked breakfast was previously made and held in the oven so was dry
No toast even though butter and marmalade was on the table
Might just have been a bad morning but was disappointing
Can't really understand previous ratings based on our experience
