Super spacious apartment, great for big groups, close to the beach

The amount of space in the apartment is unbelievable. We were unlucky to spend some rainy days in Spain and couldn't really enjoy the enormous terrace with its barbacue, sunbeds, etc. Still, there is a big comfy sofa and dining table available. The apartament is well equipped with big fridge, coffee machine, iron, hairdryer, whatever you need.

Cant really think of the negative aspects, maybe the elevator didn't seem very reliable as sometimes it wouldn't open with the first try. Also mind that there is a deposit that you need to leave in cash.

Great apartment, excellent hosts in a friendly neighbourhood

Everything! Brilliant host, spacious, clean and very well equipped apartment. Outdoor space and kitchen was stunning! The neighbours were great, everyone was so friendly. There was a good supermarket within a few mins walk and excellent coffee and pastries directly underneath the apartment block in bakery 255. The staff in nearby New York bar were also very friendly, serving good food and drinks.

We did stay in August which is a very hot month but would have appreciated better air con / more fans inside. There were shutters and we tried to ventilate as best we could so not sure much more could be done about this.

This was my best vacation yet.

We stayed in the penthouse in July 2023. The apartment was absolutely magnificent, and words can hardly do justice to describing the terrace. The terrace alone spanned a vast 280 square meters. This outdoor space was so inviting and beautiful that it was hard to leave, despite the fact that the indoors boasted ventilation and air conditioning. An added gem on the terrace was the summer kitchen, a savior when it came to cooking fish and other aromatic dishes, ensuring that the apartment remained cool. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, from barbecue essentials to tools for odd jobs. The only drawback was that there were two dishwashers, but one was out of order, and the other didn't clean dishes effectively, necessitating some manual intervention (hopefully, the host will address this issue). Apart from this minor hiccup, everything else was outstanding and suitable for large families and groups. The sheer grandeur of the terrace and the well-equipped apartment make it an ideal choice for memorable gatherings. We look forward to revisiting!

Fantastic place to stay!

The apartment is fantastic for a group. The terrace is wonderful but it could use a couple more sun beds. The bar area is great too. Picking up the keys from Marieta was really easy and she was really helpful.

The showers drained very slowly which was tricky when a group of girls wanted to shower but that really didn’t spoil anything for us.

Spacious apartment with fantastic terrace!

Marieta was incredibly helpful throughout the stay. The apartment is great for a group of friends with four good sized bedrooms. The conservatory and terrace area are definite highlights and are where we spent most of our time. I would highly recommend the apartment.

We had really bad weather so had to taxi alot into Benidorm centre. We would have liked to walk along the front but it was raining alot! It is worth noting that if this is the case, taxi's are around 12euros each way so budget for this if you will use them. There is nothing negative about the apartment itself - it is just worth considering the location when booking :)

Fantastic apartment and service!

Highly recommend this apartment! It is very modern, clean and spacious. The manager Maria was a great help and was very patient with us, especially checking us in 6 hours later than agreed! The apartment it self is fantastic, everything worked and the views were amazing, also very peaceful and quite location! I will definitely book again in the future!

Realmente fue una excelente experiencia, todo estaba perfecto, no queríamos irnos. Nuestra anfitriona es un amor, muy pendiente y atenta. Muy amplio y demasiado cómodo. La ubicación excelente, las vistas preciosas.
