Excellent location and fantastic apartment

Always a fantastic go to in Benidorm, great apartment, great facilities and fabulous location.

The only negative i have is that they have removed the smart TV's from the rooms, always a plus point and was slightly disappointed that they were now just standard TV's, but it wouldn't stop us going at all.

Fantastic! Excellent apartment, location, staff.

We stayed at this location last year for the same event so we knew what to expect. Again the apartment, location, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were all excellent. The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed, including a kettle which is very important. The bed is extremely comfortable. As our reason for visiting Benidorm is the same every year at this time we will more than likely book again next year. This location suits all of our needs. Far enough away from the nightlife to ensure a good nights sleep but easily accessible by car or public transport for the event we go for. A special thank you to Mayte for all her help and the excellent WhatsApp messages she sent making our check in and out go so smoothly.

Great stay the staff were very helpful and friendly we would stay again

Quiet area but that was what we wanted, the bus stops are a couple of minute walk and are every few minutes We walked down to the beach which was a 10-15 minute walk There's a Chinese restaurant close by and also a night club The balcony was lovely & the bed was extra large with a cozy double bed settee in the living room

I don't smoke, but my friends found it hard not being able to smoke on the balcony. It was a bummer and uncomfortabl

Everything was good.

But you should understand that if you are smoke , this apartment is not for you. I wanted to book again, but since my friend smokes, I can’t, and we’ll have to look for something else, since you can’t even smoke on the balcony. I understand where I can't smoke in my room, and that's normal. But when I can't smoke on the balcony, that's the first time I've see that. I was shocked .

Lovely , relaxing stay

Loved everything no complaints at all, friendly staff, in a nice quiet area . I would recommend downloading the taxi app because taxi's find it difficult to find without having the app.

Not a lot of places to eat nearby, it would have been good if you had an oven in the room . No pool but beach nearby

Great location in a quiet and to us the best side of Benidorm. Beach access down the street took us only a five minute walk. Beautiful property, nice to have private parking. Great balcony, kitchenette, comfortable bed, and sofa. Patio furniture is very nice.

A luggage rack or two can be helpful. I also suggest better overall cleaning procedures and quality control. However, I would stay here again without a doubt.

The facilities were clean and modern and you have a bus stop across the road as well as a mercadona super market.. the staff were friendly and helpful. They also have a sun terrace which was nice.

Modern spacious appartment

Comfortable and spacious, large shady balcony, lovely sunny roof terrace with sea view . Very helpful lovely staff. Secure parking. Lift. Use of washing machine.

No emergency phone number for concierge we had to go via booking.com for a problem but it was then dealt with very promptly. No recycling ( A Valencia problem) Needed a chest of drawers and mirror in bedroom.

Quiet location, breakfast was excellent, room was cleaned daily to a high level daily.

TV was suggesting you could get uk channel, but there was no instructions.

Fabulous family friendly hotel close to Poniente.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Made to feel very welcome. Great breakfast, eggs/omelette cooked to order, good range of continental breakfast goodies. Delicious, strong coffee. All areas of hotel very clean. Cleaning of rooms excellent. Towel/bedding replacement excellent. Close to superb Poniente beach and cafe. Very close to bus stops to Benidorm, Finestrat and Guadalest. Very close to Gran Bali hotel... great place for buffet dinner at €15 (€7.50 children) a head and some evening entertainment. Great to have hob/fridge/kettle in kitchen in room.

Nothing negative. Would hire a car for ease when staying again. Larger taxis sometimes harder to come by and buses (although cheap and regular) soon add up when buying five tickets each time.

Lovely Hotel, very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location to the beach only a 10 minute stroll and a view of the beach from the rooftop terrace, supermarket nearby (although closed for renovation) Aldi was only a short walk away

The rooms are absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The cleaning staff are excellent and the best I have come across. Both receptionists Dina & Matey were so warm and inviting and could not do enough for any query we had. The hotel and area are very safe and I would highly recommended for families. The breakfast was delicious with a number of different options to cater for different nationalities.
