las instalaciones y la ubicación eran muy buenas.
es una empresa que administra alojamientos y eso puede alterar algunas situaciones, por ej. cuando nos pasaron la info de la ubicación nos mandaron a un alojamiento incorrecto, decían que teníamos cubierto el tax de turismo y debimos pagarlo por separado, las dificultades de conexión wi fi complicó todo, nunca pudimos dar con una persona para manifestar nuestros reclamos, cuando, debido a todo esto, solicitamos una extención de dos horas para el check out, nos lo negaron... en definitiva, la atención no fue buena.

Ottima posizione in una zona centrale ma molto tranquilla
L’appartamento era un pò umido con un difficile ricambio d’arie e uno dei due wc non proprio comodo da utilizzare.

La ubicación está bastante céntrica
No era ni parecido a las fotos de la publicación. Era muy oscuro y las paredes estaban sucias.

The location is good
Not welcoming, for the price one expects to arrive and find some water and a few coffee capsules and tea.
The bathrooms are not comfortable one in particular very hard even to sit down. Ground floor ok but high windows very little light.
