Good convenient stay in heart of Paris.

Good size clean apartment, very close to bus stop and around 10 minutes walk to the metro. Basic amenities in kitchen and bathroom. Host was easy to contact.

There was no hot water in kitchen to wash hands/dishes … Only bath towels provided, no hand towels. The showers were very clogged making it difficult to shower … Only one toilet in apartment.

Overall pleased with the apartment and was confortable being in there and location was good.

The apartment feels reasonably spacious for a group of 7 of us, brightly lit all has own windows. Equipped with Fan (very important as we came in the middle of a heatwave) Location: Walking 9minutes from one station and 14 minutes to another metro station. Surrounding feels reasonably safe, a lot of people with young family. Whoever uses Paris Beauvais airport, only a 25-minute bus ride to the Aerobus terminal Groceries nearby. 3 minutes to bakery (Au Fornil Du Pain) and 8minutes to nearest Monop. Facilities. Complete cooking utensils, even cooking oil, washing detergent and dish washing detergent were there. 3 rooms with double beds and the living room has a convertible sofa, so 4 double beds. 2 shower rooms and 1 toilet. There is a parking facility, but I did not use it. The host was very thoughtful and communicative as to before check in and before check out.

A toilet with water supply would be great, a single toilet.

Nice and affordable base camp for exploration of Paris.

Dislike: no hot water to wash dishes, we found kitchen equipment somewhat smudgy. Like: spacious appartment, quite clean (to French standards), easy access to public transport.

great place in saint denis, lovely and beautiful apartment

beautiful apartment, really close to 2 major trian stations. beautiful apartment with beautiful design, great balcony. three seperate rooms with double beds, two showers and a couch that opens to a comfortable double bed. we stayed over for the paris air show, a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station and another 7 on the train to reach the la bourge station. theres a supermarket nearby, and a few food options.

Tout était parfait et conforme aux photos!

Très belle décoration, équipement fonctionnel, très bonnes literies, ventilateurs appréciés, 2 douches = idéal pour 6 personnes, assez proche de la station RER/Metro (5-7 min à pied), parking souterrain très pratique quand on vient en voiture, accès à l’heure souhaitée grâce à la boîte à clés et explications très claires, super contact avec la personne de référence, rapport qualité/prix au top!

Peut-être qu’un 2e WC aurait été pratique, mais tout à fait ok avec 1, car séparé des salles de bains (douches)…

Je recommande : bon rapport qualité prix ; nous étions 4 couples, on y retournera.

la clarté des informations pour accéder à l'appartement ; la communication avec l'hôte (réponses rapides) Situé dans un quartier tranquille sans sentiment d'insécurité. Métro et gare accessible à pied tranquillement en 15 mn et stade de France Logement spacieux, bien équipé, sécurisé, lumineux donnant sur les avenues (vue dégagée) bien isolé. Avons bien dormi dans des lits doubles avec une literie de bonne qualité ainsi que pour le canapé lit, très calme la nuit. Accès à l'A86 rapide. Très bonne connexion Wifi.

A conforter au niveau vaisselle, ustensiles. Attention : pour le parking sécurisé situé en -2 ne pas s'y engager avec un véhicule trop long (fourgon rallongé ne vous y risquez pas) à l'extérieur les places de parking sont payantes (sauf le dimanche) et peu disponibles bon à savoir pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas accéder au parking.
