I like everything

Booking did not send me the lasr letter with conditions of check in/ it made me a problems in a first moments/ ( not an owners fault, but booiking office. Thank you , Aleks for your hospitality.

Here are bed bugs

I liked the view of the window.

The bed linen was dirty and what was on the pictures isn't really true. The bed was completely chewed up. It was still very dusty and the trash was always full. The doors were sticky and the worst is yet to come. There are bed bugs here. I would rather never come back.

Nice cheap stay in a residential area in Paris!

The stay was nice and comfortable and had everything we needed for the 2 nights we were there.

The door locks were a bit noisy, but I didn’t hear it once I was asleep.

Отличная квартира и для долгого проживания.

Отличный хозяин Алекс. Встретил, все рассказал, показал. В квартире есть все необходимо, даже для долгого проживания. Фотографии соответствуют, разве что добавлена новая бытовая техника на кухне. Кухня: посуда, техника, кофе,чай ( на любой вкус) Душевая : шампунь, гель для душа , стиральная машина и сушка. Фен, утюг. В комнате проектор, увлажнитель воздуха, обогреватель. Постельное моментально меняется и свежее стелиться. Еще очень хороший район ,рядом транспорт , магазины, рестораны. Самая красивая украшенная улица тут.

Холодильник. Но и то понятное, что меняются жильцы и каждый за собой оставляют еду,которая может пропасть.

A fuir pour éviter de vomir

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal et calme. Il est bien équipé sauf que l'on ne peut rien utiliser tellement l'appartement était sale et non entretenu. Literie correcte

Nous avons failli repartir tellement l'appartement était dans un état de saleté non descriptive. La cuisine était dans un état pitoyable, le frigo dégueulasse, impossible de se faire un thé tellement la bouilloire est pleine de calcaire. Les couverts gras. Nous avions demandé une heure d'arrivée entre 11h et 12h sauf que la personne en charge du ménage n'a visiblement jamais eu cette information. Malgré ses excuses et sa gentillesse, l'état de saleté ne vient pas seulement des derniers occupants. Nous avons même trouvé un mug rangé avec des céréales collées à l'intérieur. Le sol de la cuisine très salé et collant. Je suis vraiment extrêmement déçue par Booking.com pour encore permettre de telle location. Nous avions rendez-vous à 17h et malheureusement pas d'autres solutions pour dormir sans quoi j'aurais annulé et exigé un remboursement Dommage car l'appartement pourrait être agréable.

Bien pero podría ser mejor

La ubicación es buena, a media hora, 45 minutos en auto de las principales atracciones y a una hora en transporte público, estación de metro a 5 minutos caminando (RER C), la ducha con buena potencia y agua caliente, las habitaciones limpias, el barrio muy seguro y agradable, poco ruido ambiente, en la noche se podía descansar sin problemas, te ofrecen té y café durante tu estancia

Falta algún espacio común como un living o comedor amplio y el aseo de los espacios comunes era deficiente (baño y cocina), no me quedó claro si era tarea de los huéspedes o del houst

Logement bien situé et calme. Hôte très accueillant, à l'écoute et réactif. Chambre propre avec petit balcon. Parking mis à disposition gratuitement.

La chambre était très propre, les lits très confortables, l'accueil top et l'accès à l'immeuble, appartement et chambre sécurisé.

Les espaces communs manquaient de propreté. La cuisine et la salle de bain n'étaient pas très propre.
