Very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the place. Felt dirt and uncomfortable!! Not enjoy

Short walk to metro

The entrance to the property was very dark , no lights to see the stairs with carrying luggage and finding the correct apartment door ( no number) Also the door key secure box , the code that I was supplied with was incorrect! The apartment was uncomfortable and not clean! The kettle when switched on blew the electric board The apartment was dirty and I felt very unsettled there - seating areas was uncomfortable and the bedding /pillows were cheap/ dirty and lumpy ! Very uncomfortable sleeep

We loved this place! On the edge of Paris proper inviting you to a neighborhood of wonderful people, fresh bread and groceries! The flat was great! No AC but the fan worked for the 4 of us. Easy access to city transportation. Be sure to eat at La Menangerie! Marta is an exceptional hostess!

La estación del metro estaba cerca. Habían locales comerciales cerca para comprar.

Elegimos este lugar por la lavadora, pero no funcionó. Tocó usar una lavandería que quedaba en la calle. Era verano y no había aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador. La habitación quedaba en un último piso y solo habían escaleras que no eran tan buenas. El interior era muy agradable, pero por fuera parecía viejo

Из плюсов: все необходимое для проживания кроме косметических наборов есть. Кухня оборудована и есть стиралка без сушки для белья. Отличное место расположение все рядом остановки, супермаркет, магазины и разные бистро. В целом тихо и относительно спокойный районом. В квартире хорошо работало отопление. (Регулируемое) Из минусов: что касается самой квартиры, то к сожалению все не очень. Нас встретили грязные полы, постель, и пыль. Такое ощущение что уборка не проводилась перед нашим заездом. Там был пылесос, который еле работал, полностью промыла полы так как мы с грудным ребенком и даже если без ребёнка, ну это кошмар как там было грязно. Самое что меня бесило больше всего это постельное белье, оно в катышках и каких то пятнах, материал постельного набора неприятный, спать на таком просто невозможно дискомфортно. Подушки просто умоляют, чтобы их поменяли, скомканные и страшные. Думаю за такие деньги, можно и чуть постараться и обновлять белье и полотенца для своих клиентов. Полотенца кстати тоже треш, не впитывают и оставляют на теле катышки. Писала арендодателю по поводу постельного белья, просила поменять. ответ был вежлив ,но что то типа « вы можете воспользоваться стиральной машинкой» окей, порошка нету мы его купили, а развесить даже не на что. Надеюсь после этого отзыва, они купят новое постельное белье и полотенца.
