The location is perfect. The way to the Metro is pretty short and next to the appartement is a bakery. In the appartement is everything you need, and on the top: there is a balcony.

Très très mauvaise expérience.

L’emplacement

Tout d’abord nous avons pris cet appartement car il avait deux chambres sur le descriptif. Ce qui est faux car il y a un lit double dans une chambre et un canapé lit dans le salon. Donc il n’y a qu’une seule chambre ! En ouvrant la porte une énorme odeur de fumée de cigarette avec un mélange de produit pour cacher l’odeur de cigarette. Nos affaires, vêtements ont pris l’odeur de cigarette… L’appartement était très sale. Dans le four la plaque lèche frite était pleine de graisse. Certaines assiettes étaient encore sales. Le sol avait des brûlures noires sur un parquet qui à l’origine devait être magnifique. Dans la salle de bain le lavabo était bouché. Si le ménage avait été fait la personne aurait vu cela. Dans le wc il y avait encore des poils sur le sol. Certaines prises électriques sont sans protection, il manque les caches autour des prises. Et les détecteurs de fumée ont été démontés ! Ce qui très grave… Dans le prix était compris le nettoyage 50€. Le ménage n’a pas été fait avant notre arrivée.

Удобное расположение , рядом магазин лиддл, закрытый двор , чистый подъезд , в квартире было тепло , балкон очень уютный

местами была пыль , не хватало масло для готовки , рядом общежитие студентов , иногда могут шуметь ,в остальном хорошо

Tolle Wohnung in einem schönen Viertel und nahe zum Zentrum von Paris

Die Lage ist hervorragend, relativ ruhig und um die Ecke Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Zur U-Bahn-Station Mairie de Clichy sind es 10-15 Min zu Fuß oder man kann den Bus nehmen (dann sind es 13 Minuten mit der Metro ins Zentrum zur Station Invalides). Das Auto kann man gut in der Tiefgarage des Indigo Clichy Hotel de Ville unterstellen, kostete bei 3 Nächten 66 Euro. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Balkon mit gemütlichen Stühlen.

Die Ausstattung der Küche hätte besser sein können, uns fehlten Kleinigkeiten wie Besteck, Schneidebrett, Schüssel etc., um ordentlich kochen zu können.

Amplasarea la 2 minute de statia de autobuz! Dotarea cu electrocasnicele necesare, inclusiv masina de spalat rufe! Balcon spatios!

Lenjeria murdara pentru canapeaua din living! Prosoape folosite neschimbate! Frig in living! Cu prosoapele si lenjeria s a rezolvat dupa o discutie cu proprietarul! Igiena in bucatarie aproape inexistenta!

Bof l’appartement est dans une cité bref pas top ensuite l’appartement n’est pas très propre manque d’hygiène le lit de la chambre est très petit

Nous avons séjourner quelques jours sans eau chaude ni ascenseur sachant que l’appartement est au 4 e étage et que les escaliers extérieurs sont très dangereux non n’avons même pas eu une excuse de la part du propriétaire je déconseille cette appartement
