I must say that it was worrying to check in. the owner didn’t send the code on time, it was hard to reach out to the owner because they didn’t reply quickly so I contacted twice the customer service team-thanks Elena V who called me to make sure I got into a flat and the owner for replying to my calls and saying I can call whenever I need, situation was sorted but I was stressed out

Perfectly adequate base for a Paris stay.

Clichy is a nice suburb of Paris. There are shops, cafes, a park, and public transport all within 5-minutes walk. The nearby metro gets you into central Paris in 20-30 minutes. The apartment is a good size, with sufficient heating and hot water. Access is easy. Sound insulations is good.

Although everything was perfectly satisfactory, it would be even nicer if (a) it had wifi, (b) some instructions for the TV and dishwasher were left in the property, and (c) it had fully functioning electric switches and sockets.

Very good choice

Value for money spacious apartment. 10 minutes from metro number 13 line and 20 minutes from line 14. Also there are a lot of busses passing by. Quiet area, clean 15 minutes from the city center if Clichy As a house it had almost everything we needed.

No tv programs because no antenna was connected to the tv set, no internet. The mattress of the bed was very loose and no so comfortable.

Location was decent

The description is not accurate. The unit is NOT superb as described. It is dated and several things were broken/ dirty / mold around window. Really not a pleasant experience. We all got sick and the lady in charge and the communication since the beginning was not good. The key is a hassle to get in another hotel and the access to the parking was very poor. Needed to get in and out using other resident permit because the beeper was never provided by owner. It was difficult, unpleasant, unhelpful, unhealthy and dirty. I won’t recommend.

L’espace est très correct, linge en quantité et propre, récupération des clés facile

Le petit volet roulant sans poignée pour le baisser, la lumière au plafond manque 2 ampoules, lampe de chevet chambre cassé, pas pu allumer la TV car pas de pile dans la télécommande

Gutes und ruhiges Aufenthalt

Großes Appartement, allerdings sehr einfach eingerichtet. Die Matraze des Bettes im Schlafzimmer ist sehr weich: für Gäste, die es mögen. Wasser in der Dusche ist schnell warm !!! Das ist super !!!

Konnte kein Fernsehen schauen, da eine Batterie in der Fernbedienung gefehlt hatte. Auch gibt es keine Anleitung, wie man TV sehen kann, da es über Free geht und so was nur in Frankreich gibt.

No fue lo esperado

Estaba cerca del metro

Llegar y encontrar ropa de cama y toallas húmedas en el tendedero. Se tuvo que recoger y guardar la ropa. Las toallas no olían bien y hubo que lavarlas antes de usarlas. Reservar el apartamento con parking y encontrar que no lo había y que se tuvo que buscar un parking deprisa y pagar un extra, porque el precio del aparcamiento en la zona es imposible (30€ 4 horas). Piden que se repongan los productos que se gasten (azúcar, café, ...), pero no encontramos nada de esto

Appartement assez grand et bien décoré. Assez bien équipé. Hôte très sympathique et réactive. Très bien placé, accès facile, commerces et métro très proches. Quartier très calme. Matelas du clic clac bon J'aurai aimé mettre la note de 7.5.

Certains éléments n'étaient pas nettoyés comme la cafetière, le micro onde. Quelques meubles et rafraichissement à refaire comme certains murs et meubles abîmés (table basse, mur des toilettes, caisson salon). Mais cela reste quelques détails. L'unique point noir était le matelas de la chambre.

L'emplacement est parfait pour accéder rapidement au centre de Paris ou à la plupart des lieux touristiques L'appartement est spacieux, propre et situé dans une résidence calme et sécurisée

Il manque quelques équipements essentiels comme une machine à café à filtre, un vrai frigo avec compartiment freezer et il y a quelques équipement défectueux comme la chasse d'eau qui siffle en continu ou un volet roulant qui est cassé Enfin ce n'est pas la faute du propriétaire mais je n'ai pas pu accéder facilement au parking car le voyageur précèdent aurait perdu la télécommande permettant d'ouvrir/fermer le garage
