I booked for April 16 for this property. The owner was not friendly and not very helpful. I informed for the late checkin but they didn’t give any responses and when i arrived they didn’t give the key or the access to the property. And when I called them they said that the property not available because somenone already booked it. the same goes when we countinous via chat with imessage they said they cannot speak english and we cannot enter the property even though I give them the booked receipt from the booking.com but they just read my message. I waiting for an hour but nothing so then I had to booked in another accomodation because its already late at night. The next following day I text them again regarding this inconvenient that I had, and I’m asking about the refund through booking.com. The booking.com said that the property owner need to approved the cancellation link that they send to them so that the refund process could be done. But then booking.com informed me on May,15 they said that “the property have confirmed that it remains active and unchanged. They will be waiting for you on Wed, 16 Apr 2025” !! How am I supposed to come there on 16 April while its already a month and half from it?? Sorry this so exhausted and I’d got enough for trying.

Lo único bueno fue la ubicación, porque tiene un metro cerca (línea celeste) que tiene acceso al centro
Estaba sucio, no había papel higiénico, la cama y las sábanas tenían olor a viejo y el colchón también. La regadera salía mal el agua, ya que no se podía regular la temperatura y tenía poca presión.

J'ai juste aimé, l'emplacement. Tout le reste j'ai pas aimé.
Le lit était en mauvais état, il y avait auccun Drat de rechange, les Drats sur le lit n'était pas propre et j'ai eu des démangeaisons sur cella. Il y avait qu'un seul papier toilette.

Está bien comunicado en un barrio tranquilo. Apartamento cómodo para corta estancia.
Limpieza regular, no estaba sucio pero tampoco limpio. La ducha necesita cambio: la manguera es muy corta, el desagüe no traga y la calentador funciona mal.

emplacement parfait pour centre de clichy appartement calme nous reviendrons
problème de douchette qu'il a fallu remplacer et problème du mélangeur soit eau trop chaude soit eau froide pas de serviettes, pas de draps complémentaires, pas de capsules de café pour la machine (au moins quelques unes que nous avons laissé)
