Well-located apartment with a great host

- The host was incredibly nice and responsive. He was very understanding and kindly accommodated our late check-in due to flight delays without any issues. - The apartment was very clean. - The location was excellent — just steps away from the metro, with easy connections to the airport and all the attractions we wanted to visit. - There’s also a wonderful bakery right downstairs offering delicious pastries at reasonable prices.

The apartment is quite compact and doesn’t have a wardrobe, but it’s very convenient for a short stay.

Very agreeable stay

Very nice location, close to the metro stop. Very nice surroundings,lively street, amazing bakery right opposite of the building, another bakeries closely around. It was possible to get the key after 10 p.m. (because our flight was late). Very nice apt, with a kitchen, overall very nice experience. Communication with a host was effective.

Only thing to consider is, that the apt is on quite a busy street (bars, music, people talking in the evening). As it was hot, we were sleeping with windows open and if you have problems falling asleep with noise outside, it might be complicated for you. Or take noise cancelling headphones

If you want to relax in Paris

The house has a good location. The metro station is a three-minute walk away. Everything was in order. The owner of the house is very attentive. He welcomed us with a fruit basket and I thank him very much for that. I definitely recommend it.

Okropne podejście personelu. Nie piszę złych recenzji i nie czepiam się szczegółów, ale podejście do gości jest tu po prostu obrzydliwe. Zakwaterowanie odbyło się 31 stycznia, we troje (dwoje dorosłych i dziecko), a dodatkowy komplet pościeli schowany w sofie okazał się już przez kogoś używany – poplamiony i cuchnący! Właściciel odpowiedział, że nie może w żaden sposób pomóc i że wszyscy byli wcześniej zadowoleni (rozczarowujące). W prysznicu nie można odkręcić wody, a odpływ nie działa prawidłowo.

la posizione e i negozi attorno

l'antincendio era coperto da un calzino!? c'era odore di fumo. le lenzuola del divano non sono state fornite. il divano presentava delle macchie. mia moglie quindi ha dovuto farsi prestare le lenzuola da mia figlia che e' in uno studentato a clichy e dormire da mia figlia. alla fine quindi siamo rimasti in tre in appartamento.

Il manque juste un évier un peu plus grand (hors cuisine, pour se préparer) mais sinon appartement très fonctionnel, Tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un cours séjour !

Bon séjour dans un logement de très bon rapport qualité/prix et très bien situé.

L’emplacement est très pratique, le propriétaire très sympa, l’appartement optimisé au maximum et la literie très confortable.

Pas de points vraiment critiques mais 3 à souligner pour faire un choix éclairé : - La remise des clés se fait en main propre donc pas d’autonomie sur l’heure d’arrivée (même si des ajustements sont possibles), - L’absence de salle de bain (même si connue à la réservation) - Un courant d’air frais dans la chambre qui, même calfeutré par du scotch, qui peut être gênant lors des nuits froides et venteuses.

Bon séjour, je recommande.

Bon emplacement par rapport à mon besoin. Le logement est bien situé, proche du métro. Il y a également une boulangerie située juste en bas de l'immeuble qui ouvre tôt et ferme tard. Douche dans la chambre, c'est un plus.

Le propriétaire était très sympa, mais du coup il faut gérer avec lui pour la remise de clés. C'est beaucoup plus pratique quand on a des logements avec un code pour une boîte à clé car ça évite de devoir le tenir informé de quand on est disponible pour venir.

Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν αριστη . Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε καλη περιοχή .έχει απέναντι ακριβώς φούρνο ,στα 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια σούπερ μαρκετ και στα 4 λεπτά μετρό . Η συνδεση με το μετρο με τις περισσότερες κεντρικές περιοχές του Παρισιού είναι περίπου στην μισή ώρα με μια γραμμή ή δυο και εύκολες αλλαγές . Το διαμέρισμα είναι αρκετά άνετο .έχει τις βασικές παροχές όπως περιγράφονται .Το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο και καινούριο

INCOMODIDAD !

Nada , muy estrecho y no había nada para la limpieza !

La anfitriona primero al entrar no nos dejó ingresar a la hora acordada nos tocó esperar 2 horas más para poder ingresar , luego cuando entramos todo el tiempo paso escribiendo y pregunto cuando salíamos! No nos sentimos a gusto por que no fue agradable.

Un appartement modestement beau, bien em placé, un gentil hôte, on reviendra si l’occasion se présentait, et je le recom

La propreté , l’emplacement, le prix était raisonnable. Il n’y avait pas des surprises car tout ce qui étaient indiqués sur l’annonce équipements, photos, etc…étaient vrais. En outre, l’hôte était à l’écoute ils répondait très vite, et était très compréhensif.

Nuit de merde !

L'emplacement est très bien car à proximité d'une bouche de metro

Le ménage n'a pas été fait correctement notamment les draps du lit n'avaient pas été changés et ils sentait la transpiration ! ma femme a passé une nuit horrible !! pas de serviette de bain !!
