It would have been a good stay if it was clean
The manager of the property was very responsive
1)the bed was broken, it would be offensive to even call it a bed. 2) the apartment was not clean specifically the toilet, it literally had urine all over it 🤮 3) no toilet tissue or hand soap was provided

Non c’è stato niente di bello Nottata terrificante, ho dovuto cambiare struttura e non ho ricevuto il rimborso Avrei dovuto testimoniare con molte più foto la disgustosa situazione
Scarafaggi in tutta l alloggio che camminano sui servizi igienici, le stoviglie, sono in cucina, davanti al letto, in tutto il bagno Ho usato un asciugamano che secondo l host era stato appena lavato e mi sono ritrovata dei peli in bocca Ho passato la notte insonne tra schiamazzi della strada e i vicini di sopra che sono stati svegli tutta notte a camminare e parlare La luce della strada passa da attraverso la porta e arriva direttamente negli occhi con il letto davanti Durante la notte qualcuno ha cercato di accedere alla stanza Le lenzuola del letto erano palesemente molto usate dagli ospiti prima L host mente davanti all ovvio Io sono una persona adattabile ma una stanza così a Parigi a quel prezzo non dovrebbe esistere

Le propriètaire m'a demandé de ne pas venir le jour de ma réservation, par ce qu'il y avait une autre réservation dans le studio. Il ne voulait ni me rembourser ni me chercher un autre hébergement. J'ai dû chercher un hôtel pour se loger moi et ma fille. Et il disait que ce n'est de sa faute, mais c'est booking qui ne savent pas gérer. J'ai fait des reclamations à booking mais ils n'ont pas répondu !!!!
