- Kochgeschirr stark benutzt und dreckig - intensiver unangenehmer Geruch vor allem unten - leichter Schimmel in der Dusche und hinter der Toilette - Fliese im Bad defekt - zu wenig Platz für Beine vor Toilette - auf vielen Möbeln zerkratzte Schutzfolie vorhanddn - Schlüsselübergabe nicht intuitiv - Tiere (vermutlich Mäuse) unter der Küchenzeile mit Hinterlassenschaften - Türklinke locker lässt sich unbeabsichtigt herausziehen, Gefahr sich einzusperren - Fensterrolloband gerissen, muss geknotet werden - kein Mieterheftchen mit Verfahrenshinweisen und Tipps vorhanden - Lüftungsgeräusche sobald Restaurant geöffnet hat - Hinterhof riecht stark nach Chlor und ist verdreckt
