Not worth the money

1. It is located in a fairly safe neighbourhood, has a few markets in the vicinity, and it is close to metro/bus/train stations.

1. There was not cold water, like at all. The water coming out of all of the faucets was boiling hot. I do not know if it was a bigger problem within the city, but the owner did not notify us about this problem whatsoever. We contacted him on Booking.com, but he only responded when we tried WhatsApp. We improvised for 7 days, filling bottles in order to shower because there was a risk of getting burns 2. There was a lack of tableware, one of the two bowls was broken, so we had to improvise and use the decorative plates. 3. There was no toilet paper, showering gel and shampoo, and from time to time there was no water in the toilette, so we had to flush with bottles. 4. There were to many smelly cleaning towels just thrown in and stuffed in the lower kitchen counters. 5. Few of the walls were cracked due to moisture

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return unless issues with the accommodation are addressed.

The location was okay for us. Clean apartment, the bed is comfortable and the shower is great. There’s a small elevator which helped with getting our luggage to the third floor.

The host was unresponsive. Difficult to organize entry to the accommodation and didn’t reply when asked if there was a fan available during this week’s severe heat warning. I don’t usually need wifi when travelling but I had an emergency at home and the host didn’t reply when I contacted them to ask about wifi which wouldn’t work. The couch is uncomfortable. 10am checkout is pretty unreasonable, most other places offer 11am.

Stressful arrival, annoying cooking facilities, dishonest owner.

The place is clean and location is also OK. Food shop less than 5mins walk. Tube is about 10mins walk. Playground near by.

No instructions provided prior to arrival to the empty residential flat. Nowhere did it say, there world be no-one to meet us either. Almost an hour later, we managed to reach the person responsible and we eventually managed to get in. Extremely stressful, as had a child with us. Difficult to kook for more than 1 person at the time - the one and only cooking pot is tiny. No choping knife either. Bedding was meant to be left out for the sofa bed, but it wasn't. Thankfully we brought our own, including a pillow for the 3rd person. This is despite me emailing in advance and being told the sofa bed would have bedding. Owner is also dishonest - we left a Kindle behind, asked for it to be posted (offered to pay). Still don't have my kindle back over a month later.

Heel fijn!

Het is een mooie wijk. De inrichting is sfeervol. Het bed is prima. De host reageerde heel vriendelijk op mijn vragen en probleempjes.

Er was een klein dingetje wat ik niet goed begreep, en de host heeft dat heel snel en vriendelijk opgelost.

Propreté et emplacement

Entrée immeuble avec vigik donc attente d'un occupant de l'immeuble acceptant de vous laisser entrer à l'arrivée. Boite à clefs au RAS DU SOL devant porte entrée.. Absence de voilage malgré vis à vis notable. Simple ampoule sur cable electrique plafond salle de bain. Pas de bouilloire electrique. Accès internet impossible sur "galet" HUWAI avec carte sim (problème récurrent déja signalé sur autres commentaires dans l'historique. Réactivité absente du loueur aux messages

Un appartement agréable mais perfectible

Appartement propre, clair et agréable ; une déco soignée. La machine à café Nespresso et les capsules qui vont avec : c'était vraiment top !!

Le mode d'accès est vraiment à revoir malgré ce que dit l'hôte : l'accès à l'appartement se fait par interphone mais comme il n'y a personne dans les lieux, on m'a dit de profiter de l'entrée ou de la sortie d'un occupant pour se glisser à l'intérieur et récupérer les clés dans une boite à clés au ras du sol (pas pratique) devant l'appartement ou sinon sonner au hasard pour se faire ouvrir ! On aurait aimé un mode d'emploi pour la Télé et la table de cuisson. Ce serait bien de mettre des rideaux pour éviter le vis à vis qui est quand même gênant. Le WIFI a un fonctionnement aléatoire et il faut le redémarrer régulièrement. On se cogne la tête sur la paroi de douche quand on est aux WC .
