Appartement très bien situé, spacieux, bien équipé, propre, proche du métro et commerces. Hôte accueillant, réactif et très à l’écoute.

Appartement bien situé (proche Paris, métro et commerces), ensoleillé et en étage enlevé (Tour Eiffel visible) sans vis-à-vis, bien configuré (WC et chambres séparés, balcon) et bien équipé.
Hôte spécialement réactif et accommodant.
Bon rapport qualité / prix.
Périphérique assez proche mais cela ne m’a personnellement pas dérangé.

The elevator does not work and has not worked for some time. The price should reflect this. Size is decent and location decent, but a bit far from inexpensive quick eats. Were the price a bit lower this would be OK.
The shower holder is broken and the glass stall doors broken so you have to hold the shower wand. The water is not contained to the shower cylinder regardless. The washer does work, and there is a towel warmer. The sink drain is a bit grotty and does not drain properly.
Bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately saw silverfish in closet and bathroom. Bit concerned I would wake up to creepy crawlies in the bed. Did not. Bugs are par for the course in budget stays in Paris. Front door to building had a notice about proper garbage removal and the cockroach issue there. I did not see any cockroaches.
There was a cleaner and she was super nice. But there is a level of aged grime that is not being touched with the cleaning.
Again, the city is old and the reasonably priced close accommodations all have some type of issue. A slight reduction in price and transparency about the issues would earn repeat visits. Someone handicapped or with accessibility concerns, those with children in strollers or carriers, the elderly, are likely to struggle with the stairs, and their luggage.
