Ideal for solo or couple. Small and cramped. Communication was good and host is very kind

Location is great. Access to Metro, Lidl and pharmacy just few steps aways. The entrance to the property seems tired. You can hear noises from neighbours.

Room is ideal for a couple. Not for a family. We booked for 3 nights but moved out after a night due to sheer small size. All other facilities are good. It is just not as shown in the pictures.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, la propreté de l'appartement et le quartier.

Nous sommes partis avec nos 2 enfants, l'appartement n'est pas adapté. Très bien pour un couple mais pas 3 ou 4 personnes, le couchage du salon n'est pas du tout confortable (banquette lit avec barre au milieu très gênante pour dormir, matelas creusé, banquette qui bascule avec le poids).

Een krap en simpel verblijf.

Het was er schoon

Het was armoedig, superklein en misleidend. Het is kleiner dan de foto’s doen vermoeden. Tafel staat met 1 kant tegen de muur. De bank zit ronduit vreselijk .In de badkamer kun je je kont niet keren en ook in de slaapkamer is alles krap. Je kunt aan 1 kant langs het bed en je kunt in de kast, maar daar is alles mee gezegd. En om 10.15 staat de dame van de schoonmaak al voor de deur aan het slot te morrelen om binnen te komen en blijft je vervolgens opwachten in het trappenhuis. Uitschenk is 11.00, dus dat voelt heel ongemakkelijk en gehaast. Ook de eigenaar is wat opdringerig via de mail. Al met al een veel te simpele kleine plek voor deze prijs. Er is echt 0 luxe. Zelfs de twixjes die op de foto staan, zijn misleidend. Je kunt een raam openzetten, maar ‘s nachts is dat niet mogelijk, want de ramen zijn zeer inbraakgevoelig.

Stupendo soggiorno, consigliatissimo !

A 5 min dalla metro 13, area circostante popolatissima, supermercato proprio di fronte casa. L’host cordialissimo, quando abbiamo chiesto asciugamani in più è venuto di persona a portarci tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno!

Appartamento carino e confortevole

La posizione a 500 metri dalla metro e facilmente raggiungibile. Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto il necessario, riscaldato e pulito! Il proprietario è sempre stato a disposizione per ogni necessità e rispondeva molto velocemente ai messaggi. Se ne abbiamo l'opportunità torneremo sicuramente!

Piccolo appunto per gli ospiti; bisogna fare attenzione allo scalino dell'entrata perché si può inciampare. Per il resto tutto ok!

Appartamento con riscaldamento molto funzionante 😁 . C’è tutto per poter soggiornare in tranquillità , c’è tutto per tenere in ordine appartamento . Accesso facile. Si entra nella parte interna del palazzo quindi si sentono poco rumori dal esterno( i vicini un po’ di più ) . Vicino alla metro , supermercato e panetteria . Ho visto che spesso fanno il mercatino sotto casa . Tutto sommato siamo stati bene

Se devo dire qualcosa ma solo per migliorare. Ci vorrebbe la tenda in soggiorno (più coprente )per non far entrare troppa luce al mattino anche perché manca la porta in camera da letto , da ricontrollare la lavatrice perché secondo me non funziona , il divano letto è molto scomodo ( non si dorme bene ) .
