For the price we were happy with the accommodation

Location was convenient for travel to central Paris.( three stops on Metro to Arc de Triumphe)

Room was clean and comfortable, but entrance and stairs was badly maintained

Horrible place, from which you should stay away.

Nothing, absolutely nothing. The place is a slum.

The host was extremely uncooperative. The whole place was dirty (dust, spiderwebs, dead insects, not to mention the live insects) and unsafe (the electrical system is a joke). The furniture was a collection of rotten pieces straight out of a dump. The double bed was made by joining somehow two different pallets of sorts, with filthy mattresses laid on top. The wardrobe consisted of a few hangers dangling from bathroom plumbing. The cabinet below the sink was kept together by adhesive tape. We couldn't believe Booking.com inserted this hovel in their catalogue.

Roach House

Good location. Easy to access from the Orly Airport by metro. Very close to everything touristic. Nice shower gel.

Place is infested with roaches. Absolutely disgusting. Mattress was all patched up. Blankets in poor condition. Shower’s like 20cm up from the floor. No lights in the kitchen. Had to bring the bedside lap into the kitchen to be able to cook at night, among the roaches. The entire building stinks like cat piss. Holes and water damage everywhere. Bathroom cabinet is all taped up for some reason. The hair dryer doesn’t work. They didn’t even left enough toilet paper, we had to buy it. The kitchen burners don’t even work. There’s a electric burner on top of the kitchen. It’s madness. Completely unsanitary, not in living condition. Nobody just be staying here at all.

Local sujo, com colchão da cama em péssimas condições e box do banheiro quebrado. No anúncio constava que havia secador de cabelo, porém não havia. Ao questionar, fui informada de que o último hóspede teria levado o secador e que o anfitrião não pretendia comprar outro. Nesse caso, o item deveria ser removido do anúncio, pois não levei secador justamente porque constava que havia no local. A escada de acesso tem forte cheiro de urina de gato. O imóvel é antigo e mal conservado. O único ponto positivo é a localização.

Ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y al lado de la parada de Pont Cardinet, que conecta con la línea 14 con el centro en apenas minutos. Muy cerca también de Montmartre a pie.

La limpieza es mejorable y la cama incómoda.

La ubicación es muy buena, muy central, con transporte y comercio demasiado cerca.

Insectos y mal estado de los muebles. Todos los días aparecian insectos muertos nuevos, además, ningun mueble funciona al 100%. El edificio es muy antiguo, 1870, me imagino que por eso huele mal en general.

L'emplacement est très bien et conforme à ce que je recherchais

Le voisin est rentré dans l'appartement car sans le savoir il avait les clés de notre appartement ainsi que celui d'à côté. Niveau sécurité c'est moyen. Pas de volet. Pas de papier toilette. Meuble salle de bains cassé. Plaque électrique ne fonctionne pas. La télé ne fonctionne pas. On ne capte pas. Niveau de propreté à revoir (éponge sale,..). Un cafard dans l'appartement.

O apartamento não estava limpo como deveria, sem luz na cozinha, equipamentos que não funcionavam e ainda encontramos um rato no quarto, assustador !

Voici la liste des imperfections ou manques dans votre appartement : cuisine, pas d'ampoule au plafond, celle de la hotte ne fonctionne pas, donc pas de lumière, pas de torchon vaisselle, pas de cafetière pourtant sur le descriptif, dernier rayon des placards inaccessible (vos clients ne mesurant pas tous 2 m) ; sdb papier hygiénique insuffisant pour 5 j, bombe desodorisante vide, pas d'eponge ; télévision, aucune chaîne, que YouTube ; lit, taille du drap de dessous non adaptée ; descriptif présentait un dessin avec 2 lits doubles et il n'y en a qu'un. Si j'ai opté pour ce logement c'était pour bénéficier de 2 lits. Chaussons annoncés, absents. Veuillez faire le nécessaire pour le plus urgent pendant notre séjour. Voilà le premier mail adressé à l'hôte. Réponse très partielle ne tenant pas compte des urgences. Second mail, réponse identique à sa première. Mauvaise foi flagrante. Le matelas taché, déchiré. Meuble sous lavabo condamné. Appartement très mal entretenu.
