Great property and handy location, just need to be mindful of the surrounding areas

Value for money and just across the river from Stade de France, great spot if you’re visiting for a sports event, in our case it was perfect as we were visiting for the Rugby World Cup, it was a 5 minutes walk to the stadium

The property was great and no complaints but in terms of location, you need to be mindful of where you’re going specially at night, the streets can be a bit intimidating, luckily we were both guys so it was ok but i can’t say the same if you’re a female visiting

Superb

The location is great if you want to stay in St. Denis or you want to visit Paris. The apartment was great for solo travelers or for couples. It has everything you need for a good stay. Comfy and clean in a quiet neighborhood. The metro to the heart of Paris is in less than 5min. walking distance. I recomend it with both hands, and deffinately will stay there if i visit Paris again!

The inside of the apartment was updated and clean.

The location was sketchy. There was a rat in the courtyard and long sticky spiral steps to get up to the apartment that we still can not get the stuff off the bottom of our shoes. It's was a shared washer and dryer we washed our clothes, and they came out smelling so horribly like garlic, onions,or curry .We had to take time out of our vacation to find a laundromat to take stinky wet clothes to be rewashed several times.. The toilet only worked half the time. The day we were checking in, I had to send several messages and finally contacted booking to get the person who was renting the apartment to contact me to give me the PIN code to get in.

large and arranged apartment. Toilet and shower room is clean, nice price. And free parking space on the street. Easy self check in/out.

I'm not sure but the bed sheet doesn't look like washed, there was a brown drop spot on the right side, and blanket smells not good..... People walked very loud upstairs in the midnight.p... Location doesn't make me feel safe.

Charlotte was very welcoming.

Impressed the tea and coffee were included, also condiments. This is very helpful in self catering accommodation. Excellent laundry facilities and equipment.

Blinds would block the ambiant light. I couldn’t work the hob as I’m not familiar with induction hobs.

Appartement sale Le ménage n’a pas été effectué avant notre arrivée Canapé et coussins troués, tapis de sol rempli de tâches, évier de la salle de bain bouché, impossible de régler l’eau de la douche (eau bouillante). Nous avons retrouvé des mouchoirs dans le placard ainsi une touffe de cheveux. (Voir photos ci joint) Couette pour le clic clac extrêmement sale

Logement parfait pour aller au stade France et pour visite Paris.

Nous avons aimé la location du logement. 10 min à pied du stade de France c’est parfait pour aller voir un concert/ match. Proche de la boulangerie et petit épicerie et gare. Le cartier est calme et il y a des place de parking gratuit voila tout ce qu’on a aimé.

L’isolation est mauvaise, ont entend le logement au dessus de nous ( les pas des personnes qui marche, la chasse d’eau). La cuisine est pas hyper propre. Est il n’y a pas de volet dans la chambre ce qui fait qu’on voit le jour très tôt le matin.

La proximité avec le stade de France et la gentillesse de la personne qui c’est occuper de nous (ce n’est pas le loueur)

La propreté de l’appartement laisse à désirer, il manque de la vaisselle mais le pire c’est que nous avons dû cohabiter avec des cafards… Nous sommes arrivé à 4 et je n’avais pas de draps ni de couverture pour le canapé et il manquait des serviettes il a fallu que se soit la personne qui nous accueille qui nous dépanne de draps (réservation faites plus d’un mois avant) j’avais demander 48h avant d’arriver plus tôt et il ne m’a jamais répondu) c’est bien dommage.

Dzielnica jest okropna (brudno, niebezpiecznie, brak porządnych sklepów i miejsc parkingowych). Apartamenty są brudne! Pełna antysanitaria! Nie polecam, nawet mimo bliskości stadionu.

Prix abordable, appartement propre avec climatiseur

Le nom du loueur ne correspond pas du tout à celui des échanges, aucune instructions reçues avant l'arrivée comme il avait été convenu, la box internet ne fonctionnait pas et donc aucun accès TV ou internet possible. Pas de draps et nécessaires pour le canapé convertible, ni assez de vaisselle pour le nombre de locataires. Les photos sont certainement de deux appartements différents et non de celui loué. Aucun des guides ou recommandations promis n'ont été fournis.

La saletés du logement, tapis du salon ignoble, placard sous levier idem,bac de douche plus jaune que blanc.....pas de Wifi donc pas de tv. J'attends encore le code que l'on devait m'envoyer vendredi soir. Machine a café qui ne fonctionne pas. Rideau de la chambre tellement fin qu'il fait jamais sombre ds la chambre et a 6h on peut lire sans lumière...voisin du dessus très bruyant. Entré ds le logement compliquée il a fallu que je demande le code une fois devant la porte. Boîte a clés intérieur fonctionne très mal. C'est dommage car il y un vrai potentiel pour en faire un logement agréable.....

Appartement sale malgré un bon potentiel

La localisation parfaite pour un concert au Stade de France. Appartement avec un bon potentiel mais très mal entretenu.

La propreté laissait à désirer, le placard sous l'évier présentait des déjections de souris (que nous avons entendu la nuit), les oreillers étaient sales, présence d'un caleçon dans un des tiroir. Nous étions 4 et seul le lit avait des draps, nous n'avons pas eu de draps pour le canapé lit malgré notre demande au propriétaire qui nous a dit nous les donner le lendemain et qui ne nous a jamais recontacté.

Nous avons pas apprécié la literie très inconfortable. Pas de volets roulant dans la chambre un simple rideau occultant à moitié donc vraiment pas cool .un logement à notre arrivée ou y a manquer la clé dans le boîtier super 👍 obligé de contacter la personne attende 45min super en arrivant… arrivée dans le logement rien de pret aucune literie de faite pas de serviette de bain 🛀 heureusement qu on a réussi à avoir quelqu’un qui nous a apporté drap et serviette… et personnellement le ménage était vraiment pas fait ….
