El sofá-cama estaba roto por lo que estuvo todo el rato abierto no le podíamos cerrar porque estaba roto el dueño no debería de saber porque le dejó abierto, cinco días con el sofá abierto, por lo que no pudimos estar en el salón, los cojines, todos senados o quemados por cigarrillos, fatal el agua caliente dejaba de funcionar y el anfitrión pasaba del tema, las sábanas se notaban que no estaban recién lavadas.. además, enfrente puerta con puerta había un sujeto que dejaba la puerta de su casa abierta y un olor a marihuana potente... el barrio parece conflictivo pero no lo es. Yo he llegado a altas horas de la noche y ningún problema.

Bien car lit confortable, connexion wifi impeccable et tv nikel

Canapé lit en très mauvais état heureusement que nous étions que 2 (trou de cigarette, tâches, ne se remets pas bien pour être assis dedans il est clairement cassé) Fuite d'eau dans la douche et fuite permanente à la douchette même avec le robinet fermé (j'ai passé mon séjour à éponger le sol) Ménage mal fait (grand cheveux noirs sur le sol, sol pas lavé) Serviettes qui ne semblaient pas être lavées et sentaient l'humidité Le linge de lit ne sentait pas le frais et cheveux retrouver dans le lit Bon ce coin de saint denis n'est pas pour tout le monde (perso je connais bien le quartier donc je m'en fiche mais ça ne peux pas plaire à tout le monde c'est un coin de deal)

Per a dormir i dutxar te és suficient.

Faltaven coses a l'equipament i la propietat les va aportar el mateix dia. Fàcil accés a transport públic per accedir al centre.

Si es lloga per a quatre persones hi ha d'haver equipament per a quatre (cadires, coberts, gots, paper higiènic o tovalloles). El veïnat del barri fa una mica de por, tot i que no hem tingut cap problema.

Mon séjour a été écourté, j’ai réservé pour 2 personnes et je suis arrivé à 17h mon partenaire a déposé ma valise et est

L’établissement est bien placé mais l’hôte n’a pas marqué qu’il y’a les caméra juste devant sa porte d’entrée et les caméra cachés dans son appartement,

C’est dans une zone très très dangereuse donc se méfier avec beaucoup d’agressions

Multikulturní oblast. Výborná dostupnost na tram, bus, metro linky 13 do centra. Hned u metra možnost nákupů.

Čisté, hezká koupelna, udržované, dobrá komunikace s hostitelem.

Okrajová oblast, ale nebyl žádný problém. Co se týká ubytování, rušná ulice, ale v noci klid.

_ il manque 2 chaises pour pouvoir manger à quatre. _ pommeau de Douche défectueux _ rideau pour l'intimité entre la chambre et le salon. _ Boudin de porte à placer entre le couloir et l'appartement. _ Bruits extérieur fort perceptible dans le salon. ● voyez ceux-ci simplement comme des points d'amélioration à apporter, Mais, de mon expérience, je recommande vivement votre appartement.

Alloggio ottimo a Parigi

Anche se non è così vicino al centro ma è molto vicino alla stazione del tram e della metro. L'appartmento è molto pulito e comodo, e certamente lo riprenoterò se volevamo tornare a Parigi. Anche lo spazio è molto sufficiente per 3 persone.

L'ambiente fuori ci fa un po' fastidio ma non è la colpa del appartamento.
