Couldn't wait to leave. This place was a nightmare.
First we arrived and they told us to take the transmitter from our room and we could not even cheak in.
The whole process was a nightmare. Then we went to our parking space after 2 hours of waiting and our parking spot was taken by another car.
Then, when we finally arrived in the house, the sofa bed was ripped, and the bed was creeking. .
The next day, we went to make some coffee the lights and electric went.
Then the next day someone knifed our tyre. We had to waste 200 euros on the new tyre
They wasted our whole day and we hired a big bus to tour around paris, which was 100 euros and non refundable, went to waste we could not go
You will be assigned parking 22, where a car is parked, abandoned 24/7. They will tell you to park any other place. Someone will come up and vandalise your car by slashing your tires
The response time was a minimum of 19 hours
They say balcony with great view whilst all you can see is trees and flats it is not great view.
They charge you a 300 euro deposit for basic appliances like shower and lights
If anything breaks (most of the things are already broken), they will charge money for a new one. Even for basic things like blankets, it's 50 euros for new ones whilst they are bought of amazon for a maximum of 12 euros
The instructions are complex. It's going to take a minimum of one hour to enter your room.
The circuits overload after plugging one kettle in and the microwave (the kettle dont even work
You can't even sleep because of the bed making squeaking noises, so we had to sleep on the floor.
The sofa bed has unpleasant smells, and it's hard to sleep on their aswell .
My husband has to sleep in the car to make sure that no one else blew the tyre up again because next day was check out day
Avoid this place at all costs. Do not come here

Zona in care se afla apartamentul e groaznica, plata avansului pentru a putea intra in apartament e o mare problema si nu am putut intra in apartament fara a plati o garantie uriasa de 300 de euro, desi am petrecut aprox. 8 ore in apartament, de la 8 seara la 4 dimineata. Cea mai proasta experienta pe booking din viata mea!

Bei der Ankunft kamm ich nicht ganz zurecht mit der zugangsdaten um die eingangstüren zu öffnen hatte leicht Schwierigkeiten aber danach war ich geübt und ging alles gut
