Good overall- I would definitely book it again

This accommodation was close to the station and easily accessible

My partner decided last minute to join me and he couldn’t because the owner said I booked for one person which sucked and had to find him another accommodation while there was a lot of space in the accommodation☹️

Great quality, clean, everything new, super location 35min to center of Paris

Nice place. It’s around 15 walk from 2 Metro Stations. It’s about 35-45 min to the city center with direct metro trains (price for Metro is 2,5€) . You can use free app which is called Citymapper (Google play & App Store) to get the best direction to any lotion in Paris using public transport. Supermarket is about 15 min away but you can always use UberEats to get food and groceries delivered directly to the flat from many supermarkets and restaurants. For the first 2 orders on UberEats you can use my code: eats-svyv3ue This code give you 10€ discount on any orders from 20€ minimum value. This is great option because in flat you have good kitchen and can cook or heat food easily Flat has good heating and hot water in shower, so it’s warm and comfortable. Bed is comfortable, Smart TV has YouTube and other apps

Everything was great. 5 /5 stars. Just 2 small tips for the travelers: When you first time arrive, you need to find door on the house with code locker - there are few doors, so if there are no locker, just check another door. If you have heavy bags, be prepared that you to go up 1 floor in the house, but for us it was not a problem For the owner: everything perfect, to make it even nicer, the interior of bedroom is a bit minimalistic, some small elements could make it feel more nicer (other rooms are nice decorated; there are fireplace in the interior, sad that it doesn’t has battery and does not work)

Location is good, 10 walk to metro which takes you to Paris city centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Prompt response to your request. Kitchen facilities are great, up to date. Good value for money. Would definitely stay again 😊

It is not I didn't like it but I just like to mention it that it would do with wiping around. There were dust on the bathroom rails, on the remote, decorating wooden stairs in the room. But everything else was perfect

Great value

It is cosy, quiet, well-maintained, and clean. About 15 minutes’ walk from Metro line M13 which takes you to the city centre. There is a great small boulangerie just a couple of minutes from it. Shops are close. Location is very convenient. Hosts are responsive. Highly recommend.

Très proche de mon lieu de destination, calme, lit confortable. Hôte d'accueil extrêmement agréable.

Le four n'avait pas été nettoyé . Non utilisé bien que je le souhaitais. Aucun des volets ne fonctionnent dans le séjour (un reste fermé, 1 reste ouvert). Volets de la chambre OK. Le numéro indiqué n'était pas le bon, j'ai cherché et ai dû contacter la propriétaire (charmante). Lors de mon séjour la télévision ne fonctionnait pas (uniquement des chaînes nécessitant un compte, la propriétaire m'a proposé le sien).

Super appartement pour un court séjour sur Paris !

Cet établissement proche du Stade de France est top. Nous y avons séjourné une nuit après un concert. Merci à Katia très disponible et qui propose ce logement de très bonne qualité !

L’emplacement en rentrant tard le soir n’est pas top, mais rien à signaler de particulier (juste un ressenti)

Parfait pour 1 nuit!

Très bel appartement, bien agencé, bien décoré, très bien équipé! Accès sécurisé et communication agréable avec l’hôte. L’appartement est situé à proximité de la station de métro saint Denis ligne 14, et à 20 minutes à pieds du stade de France. C’est super!

Le seul bémol de notre séjour est la mauvaise isolation sonore. Ce n’est pas vraiment de la faute de l’hôte mais le bruit dans le quartier (cris, vrombissement de moteurs, Klaxons…) à duré jusqu’à 2h du matin.

Sehr modernes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment

Die Lage war gut, schön ruhig. Es war generell ein sehr schönes Apartment zum Wohlfühlen, es war sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer was groß genug und sehr sauber. Die Küche hatte eine gute Ausstattung, es war fast alles dabei - Toaster, Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee und Mikrowelle. Der Fernseher hatte Netflix und Amazon Prime Verbindung und einige gratis Filme konnte man auch schauen :). Es war auch nicht zu kalt, die Heizung hat super funktioniert.

Der Toilettensitz war leider lose und in der Küche wären ein paar Tücher zum Wischen und Abtrocknen ganz gut gewesen. Außerdem wurde das Duschwasser kalt, wenn gleichzeitig gespült wurde, das sollte man beachten. Wir hatten im Doppelbett leider nur eine Decke, wir hätten gern 2 gehabt. Aber ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden, wir würden definitiv nochmal kommen!
