Nice apartment with a convenient location

Absolutely wonderful, nothing to complain about!

It was clean, modern and well kept. The bed was super comfortable. The apartment never over heated even tho it was 32 Celsius outside when I stayed there. It was also very quiet. The placement was also really convenient since the train station was about 100m away. There is also a small grocery store in the area where you can buy anything you would need. It is also quite close to Stade the France. The place is also very safe since you have to get through two doors with a chip and even the elevator only starts with a chip.

I really can’t complain about anything.

Well worth staying there.

Clean, tidy, safe property within walking distance of Gare de Saint Denis. Excellent base for a tourist, only 2 stops from Gare du Nord. The double glazed windows kept the place nice and quiet. Really comfortable mattress and couch. Thick plush towels. Close to eateries and supermarket, tram and trains. Owner very helpful and showed me how most electrical items worked.

Most properties have a folder with instructions for all the equipment but I couldn’t find it.

My best stay in Paris when all the others apartments I used were old and expensive

Modern, large and comfortable apartment at a very affordable price in a very modern building. Right next to the train (RER D & H) and in 7 minutes you are in the center of Paris (CHATELET - Les HALLES). Fantastic value for money. The owner of the apartment is particularly kind and helpful

The towels and sheets were not changed for the entire duration of our stay (6 days)

MERVEILLEUX séjour dans le logement "Saint-Denis Park "

L'emplacement est idéal, super proche de tous les types de transport publique (tram, RER, bus, métro). Le logement est très lumineux, très propre, parfaitement aménagé et entretenu. L'équipe qui gère le logement est parfaitement à l'écoute de tous les besoins durant le séjour, très réactif, super bienveillant, prévenant. La sécurité de l'accès à l'immeuble est optimale. Nous nous sommes senti en parfaite sécurité, à toutes heures du jour et de la nuit lors de nos sorties et entrées de l'immeuble et du logement. Il n'y a eu aucune situation où nous sommes restés sans solutions lorsque nous avons sollicité l'équipe qui gère le logement.

Nous n'avons absolument aucuns points négatifs à mentionner ou d'éléments que nous n'aurions pas appréciés. Notre séjour dans ce super logement s'est déroulé pour ma famille et moi-même (1 couple, 1 ado, 1 enfant) au delà de nos espérances. Merci à la Saint-Denis Park Team pour ce merveilleux séjour au cœur des racines de Paris.

L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé et très bien placé notamment si vous devez vous rendre au Stade de France. L’hôte était très sympathique, nous a donné des conseils et est disponible si besoin.

Satisfaites

L’hôte est très agréable et très serviable, il a su nous accueillir et nous donner de bons conseils pour notre week end. Le logement est propre et bien agencé.

Le seul petit bémol à faire remarquer est que le matelas n’est pas très confortable… et nous n’avons pas eu de sacs poubelles à disposition
