The apartment was comfortable to be in and metro was close

Was comfortable

Not a safe area to walk around especially at night according to uber driver. Lots of Graffiti and metal doors There was a smell in the apartment. Not sure what it was kind of fishy smell

Exceptional Stay - Perfect for Families!

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how super clean and well-maintained everything was. The space was exceptionally comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home - exactly what we needed for our family vacation. The value for money was outstanding. We appreciated all the thoughtful amenities that made our stay so pleasant. The location couldn't have been better, with convenient access to both metro and bus stations, making it easy to explore the area. I would highly recommend this apartment to any small family looking for comfortable, clean and well-located accommodation. It provided everything we needed and more for a perfect vacation stay. We hope to return again in the future!

Уютные апартаменты с прекрасным расположением

Второй раз останавливаемся в апартаментах. Нам очень импонирует место размещения - рядом 2 станции метро, супермаркеты, булочные, шаговая доступность блошиного рынка Сент-Уан. Апартаменты очень комфортные и чистые, отлично оснащены посудой, бытовой техникой, всем необходимым. Сотрудники всегда были на связи и шли навстречу во всех вопросах. Обязательно вернемся в ближайшие месяцы. Спасибо!

Das Apartment war einfach schön! Die Lage ist perfekt – nur wenige Schritte zur Metro, zu Supermärkten, Bäckereien und Restaurant. Alles ist direkt in der Nähe. Die Umgebung ist sehr sicher und der Weg ins Zentrum ist unkompliziert und schnell. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich, sauber und sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Ich habe mich dort rundum wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schöner Kurztrip nach Paris mit perfektem Wohnort.

Die Lage in der Nähe der Metro Linie 14 / Station „Mairie Saint-Ouen sur Seine“ ist perfekt für alle Trips in die Pariser Innenstadt. Sehr ruhig gelesen und wahrscheinlich perfekt für 2 Bewohner/ ein Pärchen.

Das Schlafsofa für die Kinder war nicht ganz so komfortabel. Für 4 Personen wird es auch schon ein wenig zu eng mit Gepäck etc. Ist aber nicht so schlimm wenn man sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist.

Bien!

La ubicación está muy bien, al lado del metro. La casa se encuentra dentro de un patio privado con terraza particular. No se escucha el barullo de la calle. El apartamento está bien, cómodo.

El wifi no funcionaba, se advirtió del problema pero no se solucionó en ningún momento, tuvimos que trabajar en una cafetería cercana. El agua caliente para que se activase, tuvo que pasar casi un día.

Emplacement, communication et terrasse au top

Appartement juste à côté du métro, donc très facile d'accès. Nous avons adoré la petite terrasse et la proximité des commerces et restaurants. La communication a été très bonne avec l'établissement. Bouillon au coin de la rue très bon rapport qualité/prix. Ligne 13 et 14 donc idéal pour se déplacer.

Voisins ne tolèrent aucun bruits mais sont eux même très bruyants.... c'est le point un peu dommage. Voyage à 4, mais mieux adapté pour 2.

Apartamento muy bien conectado y tranquilo

El apartamento esta retirado del centro pero tiene el metro a 150metros y es super facil comunicarse. Esta metido como en un recinto que esta muy bien y es tranquilo. Las camas muy comodas y el sofa cama tambien.tiene supermercado grande en frente y bares y tiendas de comida al rededor.

No conseguimos conectar el wifi y el espejo de la habitación estaba en el suelo y tuvimos que subirlo a la mesa para poder vernos bien. Nada importante

Bien pour un week end

Logement bien situé , à côté du métro , au fond d’une petite cour avec portillon à code, au calme. Le lit confortable , les draps sentaient la lessive, eau chaude sans souci pour 4 adultes. Très pratique pour aller au stade de France , à 2 stations en métro. Et reste proche de tout pour visiter Paris.

Logement propre mais pas sur les détails comme par exemple derrière le canapé. Chauffage mais la pièce de vie reste fraîche , mauvaise isolation je pense , on sentait la fraîcheur au sol. Il fait plus chaud à l’étage.

50 mètres des lignes 14 et 13, 30 mètres des commerces, 40 mètres du Bouillon Thierry Marx (super). Dans le centre de Paris en 15 minutes. Appartement tranquille.

Petit appartement très douillet !! très bonne literie, cadre agréable très proche des transports et d'une très bonne cantine au coin de la rue !!

Petit point à revoir, il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine, casseroles, poêles (celles sur place ne sont pas adaptées à la plaque de cuisson).

Je reviendrai

Une propreté notable, café, thé sucre sel produit d'entretien et même une rallonge électrique... et aussi la qualité du linge de maison.

Il faisait très froid a Pairs le chauffage n'avait pas été allumé et peut-être un problème d'isolation dans la pièce du bas. C'est vraiment le seul défaut et je regrette de devoir le mentionner.
