Nice and clean apartment with good location.

The apartment was nice and clean. It was close to the railway station, easy to go to city center and also to/from airport. There were also some restaurants at walking distance, and a supermarket, but not that much to see, it is a residential neighborhood (only the stadium). We recommend taking Navigo week tickets for public transport, same ticket is valid for train to the airport. In kitchen good cooking facilities (we did mainly only breakfast).

One bedroom was not in use, so we had not that much open space because both coaches had to be opened for sleeping in the living room. In kitchen there is a Nespresso coffee machine, but you have to take your own capsules with (there is some instant coffee available). Some small towels in bathroom would have been good, too, now there were only one big for each person.

The price is good for the location -- but only when the RER B station is open.

1. Good location, as very close to RER B train station. (Unfortunately, the station was in works on weekends, due to a new metro line. So it is out-of-service on weekends until at least December 2025.) 2. Kitchen was modern and good for making breakfast. We did not prepare any other meals in it. 3. Large and comfortable for 6 persons. (They allowed us to have 7 persons.)

1. Communication was extremely poor. a. We had to ask how to enter the building and access the apartment keys. Booking.com claimed the owner would contact us one week in advance. (They did not.) We stood on the street for 1+ hours waiting for this information. It consisted of amateur screenshots sent via the message function of the Booking mobile app. b. We had to ask what was the WiFi SSID and password. Again, send via the message function of the Booking mobile app. c. We had to ask where to dispose of our garbage. (We go no answer.) d. We were not told what to do with the bed sheets and bathroom towels at departure. 2. There is no information inside the apartment to answer these basic questions. 3. The bed was uncomfortable as the mattress was too soft.

Beautiful apartment with great location in Paris

Beautiful apartment, spacious, very close to the metro station, very convenient location to visit Paris, quiet and private. Communication with the host was very good and efficient.

We rented for 6 people but the beds weren't prepared for all of us. Luckily, the host solved the issue quickly.

La proximité de la station de rer. L'immeuble sécurité et plutôt de haut standing Lieu de formation à 5min Supérette à 2 pas. L'appartement est beau et fonctionnel. Un sèche linge aurait été un mega bonus. Vraiment au top!

L'odeur de cigarette dans l'appartement. Mais d'où vient cette odeur..... nous ne savons pas.

Propre Neuf Fonctionnel On est arrivé un dimanche. Tout était fermé. Mais il y avait le nécessaire dans l'appartement : pastilles lave vaisselle, papier toilette, savon etc. Top!
