Security of the apartment, the host was really helpful with getting us in the complex. The TV was great, the kitchen facilities great, beds were comfy, everywhere was clean. It was super to have a balcony and somewhere to dry clothes. Overall facilities really good.
The lack of air conditioning in a heat wave! I'm sure ordinarily it is fine, but we struggled with the heat inside and although had large fans, had trouble sleeping and sitting in the lounge area due to the heat. The location was also a lot further from central Paris than we thought which made it quite a trek as we were on foot/metro.

The apartment is very well equipped but found it a little odd that there was no oven in the kitchen, only a hob and microwave.
