Hyvä sijainti. Siisti asunto. Hyvät vuoteet neljälle nukkua. Toimiva keittiö. Lämminvesi riitti neljälle. Lämpöpatterit toimivat. Ilmainen wifi. Asunnon sisustus oli plussaa. Ystävällinen viestintä omistajien kesken. Muutamat asunnon puutteet eivät meitä niin häirinneet että olisimme nähneet tarpeen omistajille raportoida majoittuessa.
Ei hissiä, tämä oli ennakkoon tiedossa. Viereinen talo remonttikohde josta työmaan ääniä, tämä ei ollut ennakkoon tiedossa. Palovaroittimia ei asunnossa käytössä, tv ei näkynyt paikalliskanavia, mutta omat ostetut suoratoistopalvelut toimivat wifin kautta. Wc paperi loppui kesken, tiskausta varten ei ollut tiskiainetta ei myöskään harjaa/sientä. Lämpöpattereiden käyttöön kaivattiin ohjetta.
