On a city-break în Paris for two nights,2 adults and 4 children. We chose the location due to the very good airoport shuttle connection. The price buys you a confortable bed- enough space for all, clean bed sheets, warm water, swept floors and a quiet neighborhood.
What is NOT included: not enough towels for all, soap to wash your hands în the bath, hair-dryer, dish-washer tablets, capsules for the Senseo caffetiere (who brings these along??) and tea bags (1 EUR would be a whole box). The kind of things that one would normally find in an air-bnb...Also, the cooking dishes- pans and pots would be dirty, the cutlery too...counter-tops old and sticky and...quite cold - the 2 radiators from dpwnstairs not suficient to heat up the whole place. No extra-blankets for the situation 💁‍♀️The cherry on top - the arogant answer of the host when we "dared" to ask for a couple of tea bags, coffee capsules and a hair-dryer 🫢 Sorry for the disturbance!

Exceptional
We had such a lovely stay in this apartment. It was very clean, well equipped. The apartment is situated in what appeared in a very safe and friendly neighbourhood. it is within 5 minutes to bus 253. 11 minutes to walk to Metro line Saint-Denise Universities. There are restaurant nearby . The key collection and drop off was very easy. We will definitely be back.

Het was teleurstellend omdat het niet aan de minimale verwachtingen voldeed.
eigenlijk niets
Hygiene was slecht: vies, plakkend aanrecht, vloer, nauwelijks leidingdruk om ons goed te kunnen wassen, muggen en geen horren of andere middelen om de muggen weg te houden, het waren geen slaapkamers maar 'boxen' waarin bedden stonden, je kon niet overeind staan omdat het plafond te laag is. Een pan was doorgebrand,

Pour 1 nuit ça passe.
Petite cour privée pour petite citadine (SUV impossible de rentrer avec) Hôte sympathique (contact par téléphone pour remise des clés). Pour 1 nuit à 4 ça va (couple et 2 grands enfants) Linge de lit et de bain fournis Déconseillé avec petits enfants ou personnes âgées, pas adapté.
Le plan de travail de la cuisine était partout collant, le frigo pas très propre (pas utilisé). Il y 2 chambres avec 2 lits 2 personnes/ chambre par contre compliqué d y dormir sur les 2ème lits car vraiment sous pente (on se cogne la tête déjà sur le 1er lit) donc dur. Manque 1 table de nuit ou petit meuble pour poser un téléphone ou bouteille d eau. A l occasion un peu de graisse sur les charnières des 2 portes des chambres (quand qq un se lève la nuit on se réveille tous) Pas utilisé la cuisine et le salon donc pas évalué le matériel.

Bof on est arrivé sur les lieux le nettoyage comme le sol était collant et taché, la douche pas de pression d'eau. ...
Le prix du gîte est trop cher et l'intérieur c'est bof.
