Cozy and convinient

We felt right at home in Adi’s apartment. It basically has everything we needed. After a long and stressful travel to Paris, what anybody would wish for is an accommodation that’s reachable under 15(2 stops) mins from Paris Nord. Adi was quite responsive as he answered every question very promptly. Entering the apartment, one could instantly notice the effort that went into making it clean. The least we could do to reward this effort was to leave it clean. We would surely book his apartment when next we’re in Paris.

The apartment is near perfect but just a point for improvement, I’d say the pillows are rather too soft. This might not apply to everyone but that’s probably my personal preference.

Da man hier ein Parkplatz hat ist echt ein Glück! Die Jungs die bei Wifi geholfen haben, die beide Nachbarin die geholfen habe die Wohnung zu finden und das erste Eingang Code zu finden, waren sehr nett! Die Waschmaschine zu nützen zu können war super!

Sauberkeit wie null! da möchte ich nicht mehr dazu sagen.

Ein superschöner Familienkurztrip nach Paris.

Sehr guter Service vom Besitzer. Wenn man irgendetwas gefragt hat, kam direkt eine Antwort. Und auch das einchecken, war auf Grund der vom Besitzer gemachten Videos der einfach und super verständlich. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Für einen Paristrip und Besuch des Stade d‘France gut geeignet, wenn man dort nur übernachten möchte.

Sie war sehr sauber! Die Küchenausstattung war sehr spärlich und z.B. die Töpfe sehr alt. Aber wir haben dort nur geschlafen und gefrühstückt, sodass wir diese Dinge nicht benötigten. Das Bett war sehr gut. Da wir zu einem Konzert ins Stade d‘France wollten, war die Lage sehr gut. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zum Stadion und zum Pariser Zentrum waren in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Stadtteil Saint-Denis ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ein Supermarkt und eine gute Bäckerei waren direkt um die Ecke. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und bei jeder Frage sofort zu erreichen.

Direkt an der Bahnstrecke gelegen, aber von 23 - 7 Uhr war es ruhig. In der Umgebung war es recht schmutzig.

Correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes

Nous sommes venus à 4 pendant 2 nuits pour séjourner dans ce logement. On recherchait avec garage : très pratique et sécurisé Proche du stade de France : parfait pour aller et revenir du concert à pied Proche du RER saint denis : parfait pour se déplacer en centre ville A 4 personnes le rapport qualité/prix était très bien. Logement bien entretenue, propre. La résidence est calme. Logement conforme à la description. Les informations pour l'arrivée sont très claires.

Було чисто та зручно. Великий плюс є власне місце для авто. Не далеко до транспорту. Господар відповідає швидко. Надав зручні інструкції.
