Avoid at all costs
Unfortunately not a thing.
The property smells of really bad damp, the rear of the property was cluttered with rubbish. It has a very bad mosquito problem, me and my partner were bit many times. There was also no hot water, apparently when we asked it was the “building” fault, however we spoke to someone at the building and the hot water was working fine for them. The host was no help, takes forever to reply to any message and is also quite rude. It was a horrible stay.

Son confort et son calme Bon compromis près du métro Mairie d’Aubervilliers qui conduit en 30 m’ au cœur de la capitale. Cet appartement est très bien équipé nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Fijn en ruim appartement
Rolluiken werkte niet, temperatuur bad/douche werkte niet was veel te heet, afzuigkap ging niet aan. Leek alsof er niet was schoongemaakt tandenborstel en zeep van vorige lagen er nog, salon tafel niet schoon aangekoekte resten erop van iemand anders etc

J’ai aimé l’emplacement et l’appartement et le parking.
Je n’avais pas retrouvé le code pour accéder à l’appartement avec la foulée de temps et j’ai appelé les numéros indiqués mais on n’a pas décroché ni rappelé. Pas de serviette papiers.j’étais aussi surprise par la caution importante.
