We had a pleasant stay, despite the challenges and inconveniences.
Within walking distance of the underground transport and grocery shops. The place was neat and clean.
The Booking.com translation from English to French did not work properly, which led to enormous stress and difficulty getting into the property despite the host's responsiveness. Communication between the host and ourselves was difficult and we felt that our host did not go to much trouble to understand what our difficulties were (we were not finding the door codes) until right at the end when night time was close to falling, we were stuck on the sidewalk with our luggage, and we were running out of cell phone battery power. Thankfully a kind French-speaking tenant could understand the untranslated part of the message with the door codes, and she helped us get in. Our host was gracious not to charge us extra when I realised I had forgotten that on the last two days of our four-day stay, we will be five people instead of four. We were two on the first day (my husband and myself), four on the second day (my daughter and her friend in addition) and then five on the third and fourth days (our daughter's husband joined us). It was unfortunate that our host was not willing to make extra bedding or towels available at such short notice. I thought hangers could have been provided (we could not hang up our clothes). Although there were champagne glasses, wine glasses would have been appreciated. We would also have appreciated to have bowls to eat breakfast out of instead of having to eat our cereals out of coffee mugs.

Great stay, easy access to Paris centre, really attentive host.
The apartment is fantastic, spacious and secure. Maximilien was super responsive and made us feel welcome and organised! Having underground parking is a bonus and it’s a really short walk to the line 12 metro. Loads of shops and amenities nearby.
Not an issue with the apartment, more of just an awareness of the area for people who are not used to cities. Aubervilliers is a bustling cosmopolitan community. I personally felt fine as I speak a little French, but with any city suburb would suggest not being alone at night!

overall it was good enough and we were satisfied, just cleaning should be more precise and on time
self check in, clear instruction how to come inside, near by de france stadium and in short walking metro & lidl shop
there was problem with check in. we asked for earlier checking but it was not possible. so we expected to check in at 16 but at 16 just cleaning ladies came. we have to wait next 45 minutes. it was not so dramatic - we went for some small shopping but if you will travel with child it could disturb you. as apologize we received offer to have later check in but it didn't suit us- we had morning train. there were also a lot of spider webs at the corner and not enough good kitchen utilities. We didn't have even 3 same glasses there to drink. For 3 people staying for 2 night we received just 2 rolls of toilet paper. No curtains in one room which is very strange, but there were 2 small ventilators as positive.

Good stay for groups of people, easy to access, a lot of walking if you don't have a car
Big apartment, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, facilities (coffee machine, washing machine, TV, balcony, elevator). The property was easy to access but quite far from public transport stations. Good value for money but the property requires a security deposit before arriving at the stay that is a pending transaction held until the host checks the property for any damage and is then cancelled.
Could be cleaner, there were clumps of hair on the floor. No AC, only ventilators. Far from public transport stations, a bit of a shady area around the property.

Nice place to stay
Very clean and owner was very responsive , mairie d'aubervilliers metro station is only 500meters away and 9 mins walk . Able to find the shops near the metro.

Great apartment close to metro station
Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Everything you need is available and works well. Very clean. Only 10 minute walk to metro station, bus stop is 5 minute walk away.
The area doesn't have much restaurants or shops
