Missing kitchen utensils like cooking wooden spoon, lids for pots, cutting desk , potato masher and few more for general kitchen while cooking ...also missing body soup, shampoo for the value of accommodation we paid it could be there include., missing wardrobes for clothes

TRÈS COCONING

Franchement, on a adoré ! C’était exactement comme sur les photos — très confortable et cocooning. On reprendra cette location avec grand plaisir si on revient sur Paris. En plus, c’est vraiment tout près de la capitale !

Franchement, tout était vraiment super ! Je dirais juste qu’au niveau du parking extérieur, certaines voitures étaient mal garées, donc on n’a finalement pas pu se stationner là — mais bien sûr, ce n’est absolument pas de la faute de l’hôte. L’accès au parking souterrain n’était pas très clair pour nous, mais c’est peut-être simplement parce qu’on était un peu fatigués du trajet.

Conciergerie à revoir....

Les arrivées se font à partir de 16h. Ma demande d' arriver plus tôt pour pouvoir poser nos bagages plus tôt refusée pour laisser le temps de préparer l appartement entre 2 locations, argument compréhensible. Sauf qu'à notre arrivée à 16h appartement pas fait! Arrivée jusqu'à 22h pour pouvoir joindre la conciergerie après cette heure ils ne sont plus joignables, bien-sûr tout le monde à droit à son repos. Appel à 16h25, pas de réponse et pas de rappel suite au message laissé....

L'appartement est situé entre plusieurs bâtiments, la nuit a été un peu bruyante à cause de moto, de jeunes qui traînaient sur la rue

Im Norden von Paris werden wir keinen Urlaub mehr verbringen.

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt.

Wir kannten Paris anders-die Lage ist unzumutbar.Dort Ferien anzubieten in einem Getto von Kriminellen ist nicht angebracht. Die wenigen Franzosen die dort wohnen habe uns die starke Kriminalität bestätigt,so hatten wir es uns nicht vorgestellt. Unseren Kindern wurde bewusst, wie verkommen das Gebäude ist. In den unteren Wohnungen sind Einschusslöcher in der Fassade und eingeschlagene Fensterscheiben. So stellt man sich Fort Knox vor,das Gebäude war gut verriegelt mit Code und Zäunen. Die Tür hatte Stahlrahmen leider total verzogen, dass es im ganzen Haus knallt wenn man sie schließt. Die Nachbarn waren sehr leise und die Begegnung sehr nett.Aber es war auch nur eines von 4 Eingängen. Zuvor hatten wir eine andere Unterkunft storniert da der Stellplatz wegen der Höhe nicht passte. Darüber haben wir extra im Vorfeld informiert-kein Problem wir haben 2 Stellplätze für sie wurde uns bestätigt. Beide waren belegt mit Fahrzeugen auf denen der Staub schon länger gelegen hatte. Markierungen am Boden konnte man nur erahnen. Ausweichmöglichkeiten gab es nicht da Nachbarn ihre mit Fahrzeugsperren sichern. Wir hatten nur eine Möglichkeit den Wagen abzustellen. Welche wir mit Rücksprache auch umsetzten. Auf diesem Parkplatz wurde uns nach einem DROHBRIEF DER REIFEN AUFGESCHLITZT. Mir fehlen die Worte für eine Bewertung hierfür. Der letzte Tag war der Horror. Da war der Urlaub direkt vorbei. Eine schlechte Bewertung hatte ich über diese Wohnung in einem anderen Forum bereits gelesen, hab mich aber durch Positive beeinflussen lassen. Ich hab noch nie so eine Bewertung schreiben müssen.

Objekt je odlično opremljen, ali nedostaju male sitnice poput šalica za kavu i daske za rezanje. Pronalazak parkirnog mjesta je malo problematičan, pogotovo ako dolazite po mraku.
