Great place to stay visiting Paris

The place was very tidy and we'll kept. It was cozy with everything you need for a few days in a foreign city with the family or just alone. The living room was spacious, the rooms warm. We were given very clear directions on how to get there, how to open the door, how to access the flat. Everything was great. It has a great bakery just outside that has great breakfast ingredients. I highly recommend.

There was only one toilet which for 4 people in the morning is not a lot. Could benefit from a second one. In the bedrooms , power sockets near the top of the beds would also be a plus.

Apartment near a large park & the historic cathedral of St Denis and the Cité des Sciences

Privacy, Terrace, Views, watching the clouds at dusk. Parking inside the buidling. Good mattresses. A great bakery, right downstairs. They also have drinks and sandwiches. Near the cathedral, cafés. Metro. Shops.

Everything was great! Clear instructions on how to get in the apartment; clean and spacious apartment; direct contact with the landlady for anything we request; very good transportation links.

Odlican smjestaj za obitelj, dobro opremljen, s javnim prijevozom dobro povezan sa centrom Pariza, svega 15 min.Apartman je u potpunosti ispunio nasa ocekivanj.

U kupaonici kada za kupanhe nema odgovarajuci zatvarač pa se ne moze kupati.Moze se samo tusirati

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour au sein de cet établissement.

-la proximité des arrêts du tram, de la station Métro (basilique Saint-Denis), des commerces et restaurants, -la boulangerie-pâtisserie au bas de l’immeuble, -l’accès simplifié et autonome au logement/parking en sous-sol, -le calme de l’immeuble, -la tiédeur et la propreté.

Il manquait juste un grille-pain pour préparer des tartines croustillantes au petit-déjeuner.

Appartement très propre , facile d’accès , quartier très calme , proche de toute commodité sans utiliser le véhicule , propriétaire très réactif et gentil . Nous reviendrons si on doit réserver sur Paris car nous avons tout apprécié.

Tolles, ruhiges Apartment, sehr freundlicher Kontakt!

Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig und funktional ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung ist toll und der Zugangsschutz zum Gebäude macht einen guten Eindruck. Mit einem größeren Balkon auf die ruhige Rückseite (Innenhof) des Gebäudekomplexes bietet es Erholung bei geneigtem Wetter, ansonsten ist ausreichend Platz, um auch regnerische Momente innerhalb der Wohnung zu überstehen. Direkt angrenzend ist eine empfehlenswerte Boulangerie/Patisserie. Ferner finden sich viele Einkaufs- und Speisemöglichkeiten fußläufig. Die ÖPNV-Anbindung ist gut, ein Tiefengaragenplatz ist vorhanden. Dieser ist für höhere oder breitere Fahrzeuge nicht unbedingt geeignet, "normale" PKW (wir waren mit einem 3er Touring unterwegs) passen aber. Aufgrund eines kleinen Missgeschicks unsererseits hatten wir einen intensiveren Austausch mit der Gastgeberin, der trotz einer zunächst schwierigen Situation super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit verlief. Zum Glück löste sich die Situation schnell auf und es bedurfte keiner weiteren Aktion. Dennoch ganz großes Lob an Eneida!

Trotz guter Ausstattung fielen Kleinigkeiten auf, wie z.B. ein fehlender Klopapierhalter auf der Toilette. Bei den vorgefundenen Einschränkungen/Mängeln, z.B. defekte Badezimmerentlüftung, etc. sind wir sehr zuversichtlich, dass diese nach unserer Meldung zeitnah und umfassend durch die Gastgeberin erledigt werden.

Goed verblijf in een leuk appartement met wat verbeterpuntjes.

Leuk appartement, goede locatie (5 min vanaf metro), rustig, prima kamers.

Geen airco, waardoor het met de hittegolf minder comfortabel was. We hadden gelukkig zelf ventilatoren meegenomen. Wasmachine was helaas kapot. Keukenkastjes wat oud, evenals de bak-/braadpannen. Geen afzuigkap. Verder nauwelijks haakjes om handdoeken e.d. op te hangen. Ook geen ophangpunt voor douchekop. Als de eigenaar deze punten verbetert, dan is het een echte toplocatie!!!

Mangelhafte Sauberkeit und Funktionstüchtigkeit

Nähe zur Metro, Bäckerei unten im Haus, 2 Schlafzimmer, Waschmaschine, Tiefgarage, Anleitung zum Checkin, Ruhe, der Kontakt zur Vermieterin im Vorfeld sehr nett, nach den Problemen sallerdings ehr unangenehm

Sehr schmutzig. 9 komplette Garnituren von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern hingen nass in den Schränken, teilweise haben sie bereits so gestunken, dass wir sie nochmals waschen mussten. Der Boden war sehr schmutzig, weil der Staubsauger wohl schon seit ewiger Zeitnicht mher geleert wurde. Haben dann wir gemacht udn 2x saugen müssen Geschirr war serh schmutzig - wohl weil die Spülmaschine zu kelin ist und so die Teile nicht sauber werden. Kaffemaschine hat nicht funktioniert. Balkon war zu schmutzig um dort zu sitzen. Aus der Toilette läuft Wasser Wir wollten eine Entschädigung für unsere ganze Extra Arbeit, wurden aber zum einen beschuldigt die Beschwerde nur wegen Rückerstattung zu machen (wir hatten lang damit gezögert), zum anderen beschuldigt, nicht uns ständig beschwert zu haben, denn niemand hätte von uns verlangt, die Sachen in Ordnung zu bringen....

Lokalizacja blisko metro. Przestronny salon i duży stół. Osobna toaleta z łazienką. Podziemny parking :) Piekarnia ze smacznym pieczywem pod blokiem.

Spazioso per due coppie, ottima soluzione per chi arriva in auto e vuole visitare Parigi e Disneyland, posto auto privato, patisserie con sfiziosi prodotti proprio sotto l'appartamento, comunicazione top con l'host, indicazioni molto precise ed accurate per i check-in/check-out e l'utilizzo del posto auto, mezzi molto vicini alla struttura

Abbiamo trovato due asciugamani grandi in meno, gli asciugamani piccoli non erano puliti (l'host è stata disponibile nel trovare una soluzione), i letti e i cuscini potrebbero essere più comodi

De omgeving niet echt proper en s'avond een beetje creepy maar geen problemen gehad. Daar kan de eigenaar natuurlijk niks aan doen.
