Abbiamo scelto l'appartamento a Saint-Denis perché aveva secondo noi un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, dista pochi chilometri dal centro di Parigi che è facilmente raggiungibile con la metro. Consigliamo di acquistare per i spostamenti da e verso Parigi e dintorni un abbonamento settimanale che ti permette di usare tutti i mezzi pubblici senza limiti.

Era un lugar muy cómodo y accesible el estacionamiento muy cómodo y techado, tenía lo necesario, una cocina bien equipada y cómodas instalaciones

No todo estaba totalmente impecable había un poco de polvo en algunos lugares, pero eso depende más de la exigencia de la persona, pero la cama que es lo importante estaba limpia y cómoda, habían algunos desgaste propio de una casa, algo oscuro el pasillo para llegar al apartamento y la sala pero en general no esta mal, solo a modo general pero es algo que escapa de las manos, uno de los días por la ventilación entró mucho olor a cigarrillo como si fumaran en el pasillo pero el resto de los días estuvo ok

Gute Lage und Preis günstig aber konnten wir leider keine passende Wohnung für Familie!

Gute Lage

Dunkle Wohnung, sehr schwaches Lampen und Licht, wir waren 22. Dezember und sehr kaltes Tage und da im Schlafzimmer-Heizung nicht funktioniert, Ab 21 Uhr gibt es immer keine Warmwasser, Kontakt mit Vermieter sehr schwierig, muss man telefonisch klären lassen, nicht saubere Umgebung, Verdacht auf Raten und Insekten.

Top Appartement, rien à dire !!!

un très beau séjour passé dans cette appartement avec ma femme et deux enfants, apparemment modern, propre et confortable, tous est conforme à la description et aux photos avec un emplacement stratégique à deux minutes à pied du métro. Un parking privé gratuit, sécurisé a été mis à notre disposition. la caution été entièrement restitué au bout de quelques jours à condition de respecter les règles de l'établissement. pour ma part je recommande fortement cette appartement. une chose est sûre c'est que je vais reprendre cette appartement pour une nouvelle visite à Paris, d'ici là veuillez à préserver cette appartement de toute dégradation 😉

Appartement confortable et bien placé.

Propreté des lieux, appartement semblable aux photos du site. Emplacement de l appart et surtout son parking privé gratuit.

On aurait pu nous avertir que la femme de ménage arrive dès notre départ, cela aurait permis d éviter un quiproquo entre nous et elle qui voulait récupérer les clefs alors que nous avions en instruction de les remettre dans la boîte à clé. La caution prélevée et attente du remboursement.

5 Tage Paris mit Familie

Nähe zu beiden Metro Stationen, recht ruhig gelegen und ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Aufzug zur Wohnung

Geschirr nicht sauber, Besteck auch nicht. Stöpsel für den Waschbecken in der Küche fehlte, kein Geschirrtuch. Herdplatte nicht sauber, Abzugshaubenlicht funktionierte nicht, Jalousie ging nicht komplett runter. Es fehlte ein Deutsches Fernsehprogramm. Leider war der Supermarkt um die Ecke schon länger geschlossen und man hatte einen sehr langen Weg zum nächsten Supermarkt.

JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS.

Je tiens à exprimer mon profond mécontentement concernant la gestion de la caution par l’établissement. Une somme de 300€ est demandée à titre de garantie, ce qui en soi est compréhensible. En revanche, ce qui l’est beaucoup moins, c’est que cette caution soit immédiatement encaissée, quel que soit l’état du logement au moment du départ. Il me semble inacceptable que, même lorsque le logement est rendu en parfait état, sans la moindre dégradation, le remboursement ne soit effectué qu’une semaine plus tard. Ce délai, systématique et non justifié, est d’autant plus frustrant qu’il ne tient compte d’aucune situation particulière. Dans les établissements hôteliers de haut standing, il est courant de simplement effectuer une empreinte bancaire, sans encaissement réel, sauf en cas de problème. Il est donc très surprenant qu’un logement de type Airbnb adopte une pratique bien plus rigide, et à mon sens, injustifiée. Je vous invite à reconsidérer cette politique qui, pour les clients respectueux des lieux, est vécue comme une mesure injuste et pénalisante.
