A nice apartment only one stop from Gare du Nord which is super practical if coming from the Eurostar. Great kitchen with everything you need. Sofa bed is a great size! Good boulangerie across the road and shops downstairs to get essentials. 11 minute walk to 2 different stations.
Squeaky sofa bed which makes noise every time you move and you could hear neighbours talking as the walls are so thin! You might need to take earplugs.

The apartment was super clean and well-equipped. There was a lot of space, a big closet, and a comfortable bed.
Air-conditioning system would be lovely :)

- Nice apartment with all the necessary utilities.
- Close to metro Front Populaire (about 20 min walking) also close to RER B and D (about 8-10 min walking).
- After fill the caution form (250€) we received the instructions to check-in and check-out, which were smooth. Since everything went fine in our visit, no caution were debited from us after the check-out.
- The staff answers really fast.
- I had a really nice stay :)
