A comfortable stay with attentive hospitality.

The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Most of all, the staff’s kind and thoughtful hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you very much.

One minor point for improvement, with apologies, was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. As non-smokers can be sensitive to this, it may be helpful to gently remind future guests.

A great place to stay in Paris.

The apartment was comfortable, well furnished and spacious. It provided everything that we needed for our stay. The owners were incredibly helpful and very friendly.

Very comfortable clean and bright apartment

Everything I needed was there. it was bright , modern and very quiet. I liked that the essentials that one doesn't use much so don't want to buy for a short stay (such as salt and detergent) were all there. The host was very friendly and helpful without being intrusive.

Highly recommen

Beautiful modern, stylish, comfortable, well equipped apartment. Well heated and a great shower. Very quiet building and street. Very secure. Lovely hosts, very helpful. Good transport connections on 2 metro lines, buses and tramway. It was a lovely base to come home to after a day in the city. We enjoyed exploring the local area too.,it's authentic Paris!

Fantastisch!

Schoon en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Er stond drinken koud en er lag wat lekkers op tafel. Koffie en thee aanwezig, evenals toiletpapier en keukenrol, afwasmiddel en borstel. Heerlijk geslapen. Rolluiken voor alle ramen. Ruime parkeerplaats vlakbij het appartement. Bakker, supermarkt, pizzeria en andere gelegenheden in de buurt. Metro 10 minuten lopen. Perfect! Super aardige gastvrouw.

Perfect!

Het appartement is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is gezellig ingericht. Er is een klein balkon. Er zijn rolluiken zodat je het volledig donker kan maken voor een goede nachtrust. Op wandelafstand heb je een goede bakker, een kleine Carrefour City, een goed Sushi restaurant… Het metro station ligt op wandelafstand; van daaruit raak je vlot in het centrum. De gastvrouw is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Communicatie heel vlot, snel en correct. Duidelijke afspraken rond in- en uitchecken. Ze geeft je nuttige tips over de omgeving. Je kan haar steeds bereiken met je vragen en krijgt heel snel een antwoord.

Ottimo soggiorno a St. Ouen

Appartamento piccolo al 5 piano (con ascensore) ma fornito di tutto ciò che serve, mobili abbastanza nuovi, cucina ben fornita (grazie per la birra!), letto comodo e bagno grande, sebbene molto scomoda la suddivisione in due locali (WC e lavandino-doccia). Palazzo moderno, bello e situato in quartiere tranquillo, con negozi vicini. Vicina anche la metro Mairie de St. Ouen (10 min. a piedi). Quartiere piacevole, non turistico, multietnico e tranquillo, alla giusta distanza dal centro di Parigi: in un'oretta di camminata abbiamo raggiunto Montmartre.

Due cose migliorerei: 1- il piumino è troppo caldo, bisognerebbe avere delle coperte meno calde nell'armadio (grande). 2- i cuscini sono troppo morbidi, nell'armadio potrebbero stare anche cuscini più duri

Fin lägenhet och parkering för besök i Paris

Stephanie fick mig att känna mig välkommen och svarade snabbt på mina frågor. Lägenheten är liten men snyggt och praktiskt inredd. Garaget är en stor fördel också, man kan vara trygg med att bilen är säker.

Inget viktigt, men lite opraktiskt att det inte finns handfat på toaletten. Man får tvätta händerna i köket eller det separata badrummet.

Zeer prettig appartement in St. Ouen met een veilige plek voor je auto en fietsen in de parkeergarage om de hoek. Stephanie was zeer attent en het appartement was prachtig. Absoluut een aanrader!

Wo soll ich anfangen....eine wunderschöne Ausstattung, Sauberkeit war mega, Parkplatz (Tiefgarage) 1 minute entfernt. Tolles Schlafsofa, Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Gastgeberin total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Erfüllt den Wunsch des Gastest.

Parfait de belles rencontres je recommande vivement

Tout était parfait l’accueil,la disponibilité de l’hôte et les petites attentions,l’appartement impeccable avec tout ce qu’il faut et à 10 minutes du métro parfait pour visiter. Venu pour un concert nous reviendrons sûrement pour visiter Paris et ses monuments.

Godt ophold i lækker lejlighed

Virkelig dejlig lejlighed, der ligger godt. Meget pæn og ren. Der var alt hvad vi skulle bruge. Der er p-plads i parkringkælder, virkelig lækket så bilen holder trygt under opholdet. Sød værtinde som er meget flink og hjælpsom. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Heerlijk moeder dochter weekend

Heel mooi ingericht, schoon, fijn bed en fijne douche, heel compleet. Leuk balkonnetje in de zon in de ochtend. En de Vélib’ huurfietsen vlakbij. In 26 minuten ben je bij de Eiffeltoren

Une très agréable découverte. Dans cet appartement très beau et fonctionnel on s'est senti comme chez soi. L'hôte a pensé à quasiment tout pour que l'on ne manque de rien. Le quartier est calme et les accès sont simples.

Séjour très agréable

Le quartier est plutôt calme, les fenêtres sont bien étanches. rideaux et volet roulant c'est parfait. L'équipement était plus que suffisant, beaucoup de serviettes de toilettes,plusieurs torchons et serviettes, plusieurs oreillers, les radiateurs sèche-serviette. la cuisine est confortable, la vaisselle est suffisante, rien ne manque, et tout est en bon état. La salle de bain est très spacieuse. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est confortable, propre et très bien équipé, son emplacement est idéal et propre comme les photos,nous avons été agréablement surpris par L'hôte est adorable ,hyper gentille,serviable, bienveillante et très disponible, nous avons apprécié ses petites attentions et sa réactivité pour répondre à nos questions.
