Élégant appartement aux portes de paris

Владелец был очень внимательным, отвечал на все вопросы в переписке моментально, встретил нас и всё показал. В квартире было очень чисто. Есть утюг, фен и интернет (что было очень важным для нас в путешествии). Локация отличная, потому что метро в 2 минутах ходьбы и можно очень быстро добраться до любой локации. Такси от эйфелевой башни обходится от 12 до 18€. В квартире есть всё, что может понадобиться для проживания, кухня оснащена необходимой техникой и посудой. Вполне достойный вариант за свои деньги.

Постельное белье старовато, чистое, но ветхое.

Location beside Metro line 13 was great, only few minutes walking down the road, apartment has everything you need, washing machine and dryer, hair dryer and iron available, 25 mins to Eiffel tower and most main attractions by Metro, few nights we came back late in Uber from city centre, we didn’t pay more than €14 for a 30 mins ride. We also went to Disneyland for a day, metro to saint lazare and then connection to RER line, having the train station right beside was great in our way back, we were absolutely wrecked so little more walking we did and we were in our bed. Akham the host was welcoming and accommodating, we arrived an hour earlier and he let us check in, apartment was pretty clean, wifi worked good. Bed in living room was like a queen size, big enough for 2-3people, Lots of restaurants and a mcdonals down the road, a lovely patisserie (bakery) that was our fav place every morning. Also a Lidl around the corner. We had an amazing time. If it happens to come back, I would definitely book this apartment again.

The only thing I would say I didn’t like it at all was the bed in main bedroom, mattress wasnt level, had to put a pillow under the mattress on one side to make it flat.

Au top, 10 sur 10. Hôte très réactif. Equipement complet. Lit et sdb comfortables Station de métro à 2 pas (ligne 13) Restos, épiceries, boulangeries ... en bas de l'appartement.

un porte-manteaux et une petite poubelle dans la sdb seraient le bienvenue.

La posizione, a 100 metri dalla fermata Garibaldi della Metro; da li si raggiungono le principali mete di Parigi in 20/30 minuti. Alla stessa distanza, un'ottima boulangerie ("Maison Gabestan") e un utile McDonald's. L'apertura porta con codice.

Non abbiamo avuto contatti con il proprietario, solo messaggi su Booking (nonostante la mia richiesta, non ha fornito nemmeno un contatto WhatsApp). Abbiamo recuperato le chiavi in un ristorante vicino, poi lasciate sul tavolo alla partenza. Pulizia decisamente da rivedere: bricole per terra, capelli in bagno... il divano letto (piuttosto scomodo) si apre con già le lenzuola sul materasso, all'apparenza non cambiate, idem per cuscini e federe. Abbiamo trovato nei mobiletti della cucina articoli alimentari lasciati dai precedenti locatari; nel frigo, due bottiglie di acqua piene, ma con tappo non sigillato, e delle uova; ovviamente, non abbiamo utilizzato niente di tutto questo. Il bagno è molto semplice, con un dispenser di sapone per il lavandino, ma niente per la doccia (di nuovo, troviamo un flacone di balsamo usato al suo interno, su delle mensoline metalliche molto precarie); il tappo del water è rotto.
