Sehr schönes Appartement mit prima Anbindung

Sehr schönes Appartement mit praktischer Lage ganz nah an der Metrostation. Bäckerei, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants um die Ecke. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Walid, unserem Vermieter. Vielen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beau séjour aux porte de Paris

Très bel appartement, confortable, pratique et très propre. A 1 minute du métro ( lignes 13 et 14 ) donc Paris intramuros accessible très facilement, à 3 minutes d'un Franprix pour les petites courses d'appoint. Nous avons pu revenir du Stade de France après un concert en toute sécurité ( environ 40 minutes à pied ) Walid est très réactif et sympathique. Je recommande !

Super Wohnung, super Tiefgarage, super Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Die Tiefgarage ist perfekt und sicher. Die Metro ist nur 1min entfernt. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich, wir konnten sogar eher in die Wohnung rein. Sehr gute Erklärung und Kommunikation mit Bildern zum Zugang in die Wohnung + Tiefgarage. Moderner Wohnkomplex mit guter Sicherheit. Elektr. Außenjalousien zum verdunkeln, Waschmaschine+Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Netflix...hier ist alles vorhanden. Paris Zentrum ist einfach wunderschön...ein toller Aufenthalt in Paris. Danke für Alles Walid! 👍🏻

Schade, dass keine Klimaanlage vor Ort war. 40°C in Paris mit Nachttemperaturen über 30°C ist schon extrem. Selbst der Eiffelturm war wegen der Hitzewelle für 2 Tage geschlossen. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts. Klimaanlage ist kein Standard in Frankreich. Der Vermieter hatte aber 2 gute Ventilator gestellt, die es etwas angenehmer gemacht haben. Dann noch ein Hinweis: Beim reinfahren in Saint Denis (nach dem Stadion de France) waren dreiste Scheibenputzer an der Ampel. Geld oder Auto kaputt. Ausländische Kennzeichen haben da keine Chance. Die Frau wollte mein Scheibenwischer umknicken und der Mann donnerte gegen die Scheibe mit der Faust. Meine Kinder hatten Angst. Legt euch lieber mal 1, 2, 3 Euro parat, dann hat man Ruhe. Aber für den ersten negativen Eindruck kann weder der Vermieter noch die Stadt Paris etwas.
