Nice and cosy, recommend!

Very nice and cozy apartments – it really felt like home. Everything was well thought out and all the necessary amenities were available for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet the metro is just a short walk away, which makes getting around the city very convenient. A very pleasant experience, definitely recommended!

Great apartment & Excellent value for money

Great location and facilities. Love that we arrived to cold filtered water and a very clean and spacious apartment. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Paris. Well connected, comfortable and within walking distance to several supermarkets and restaurants. Excellent value for money 👍

Entry way and stairs were a bit dark in the evenings but with two littles we weren't out late.

Good value for money, located in a quite area, walking distance from metro and bus stops.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, walking distance from two metro lines and few bus stops. The host was very accommodating. Even though the check in time is for 17h00, the property was ready at lunch and available for us. Instructions prior arrival was clear and well explained. There was everything one needs for a short visit. The host left necessities that you might’ve not thought about.

Everything was perfect for us. Only if you travel with large suitcase, be prepared to carry them up twisted staircase.

Excellent communication from Natalia, directions and access were spot on, very easy to find and property very secure. Easy access to the metro and buses. The property was very clean and well kept. The beds were very comfy. Excellent value for money. Shops and supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Thank you for a very pleasant stay in Paris

Muy buena relación calidad-precio

El apartamento esta genial con todo tipo de detalles. La atención e indicaciones por parte de Natalia han sido fenomenales. 2 estaciones de metro a 5-10 minutos.

La ubicación no es la ideal yendo con niños. Por las tardes nos ha coincidido varias veces con gente “tirada” en la acera con problemas. Un recuerdo no muy bonito para los niños, aunque lo cierto es que nada puede hace la dueña para remediar esto.

Fabuleux

Cet endroit est fabuleux. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable. Bien placé, proche d'une bouche de métro pour visiter Paris en toute quiétude. Nous avons été ravis. Nous mettons 9/10 car la perfection n'existe pas. Merci à l'hôte qui a été disponible quand nous avons eu le besoin.

Piacevole soggiorno

Appartamento confortevole, ideale per alloggiare con famiglia, ha tutto ciò che serve. Letti comodi, doccia bella forte e calda. Cucina con tutto il necessario. Host reattivo e gentile nel rispondere ai messaggi. Vicinanza alla metro molto favorevole.

Appartamento un po' rumoroso, il pavimento fa molto rumore e scricchiola essendo in legno, si sentono quindi anche i vicini al piano di sopra camminare e spostare cose. Orario del silenzio non pienamente rispettato da parte degli abitanti/ospiti del condominio.

Es una buena opción y muy cómoda para dormir. Bien comunicado.

El lugar está lejos del centro , pero muy bien comunicado. Está aprox a 15 mins en taxi y en transporte como unos 35-40 mins ; considerando unos 10 minutos que se caminan al metro. Y está a 15 minutos en coche de Mont Martre. El edificio es antiguo y eventualmente no de buen aspecto y la entrada es oscura, hay que cruzar un patio corto y subir dos pisos. En nuestro caso llevamos maletas chicas y no hubo tanto problema., sin embargo es bueno considerarlo. Lo compensa la habitación que está bien acondicionada e incluso acogedora; tiene todo ; cocina con todo lo básico; refri; incluso una lavadora pequeña . La cama y ropa de cama muy cálidos y todo muy limpio. Dormimos muy bien. Atención de Natalia muy buena , siempre atenta a cualquier duda .

Los accesos del Depto. Los horarios ; aunque La anfitriona nos facilitó dejar maletas de manera excepcional ya que llegamos antes; sin embargo hay que considerar q la entrada es hasta las 5 pm y la salida a las 10 am

Es war einfach alles perfekt, wir kommen gern wieder!

Es war alles da, was man brauchte (auch Shampoo und Duschgel, Zahnbürsten, usw) und es ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage war auch gut. Komfortable Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und eine ruhige Ecke. Alles in der Wohnung ist sauber und die Betten sehr bequem.
