Hi, 1) Less safety for family as it is one step away 'room door' to main road and strongly not recommend for kids family under the 4 years age group. there are more chances kids may fall to to basement room (very less protections). (this house contains two rooms like duplex rooms) 2) there is no electrics stove. 3) there is no heater in basement room and it is too cold to stay. (if anyone want to travel during winter season). 4) Apart from which we give information via booking.com. House owner agent third party (Hostnfly) they will collect from you Passport evidence and other personal details via web site. Hostnfly Paris. After you book / payment only all these instruction you will get or else you will not get key details. (you do not have any other option you have to give these details if you are interested or not ) 5) We requested / sent multiple messages to house owner via booking.com, if the electrics stove is available with working condition.? but there is no repose and finally its not available in the room. (disappointed, we took all the necessary items to cook ourselves as we have kids, as they will not eat out side food much). hope above information will helps you before looking into this. thanks

DONT STAY HERE

Nothing. It was a terrible place altogether. The owners misrepresented the place and did not describe the place properly. It is not “ideally located” in terms of Paris. I have been fighting their “policies” because it is a non refundable place but I feel they just robbed me of 700 Euro. The second room is basically a non ventilated basement, and what you see in the pictures is literally what you get when you open the front crystal door. Anyone could just brake the window and get in, and from the looks of the neighborhood it would be very likely.

It is on the ground floor, not the FIRST FLOOR as advertised. The owners are very insistent on giving your card for a deposit, and pester you with a lot of emails, but if something goes wrong they take ages to respond. Bathroom was moldy and gritty, the sofa-bed was stained with dirt on the armrest and back.

Property has mentioned kitchen facilities and charging as per that but not providing full options so its gone totally useless for me. I think it should be either whole kitchen facilities like others or remove the kitchen facilities so that people may understand before going booking. Another issue is that properties hiding security deposit that should be open at the time of booking.

it’s really dirty, the sheets as well. be careful, it’a full of mites and I had an allergic reaction. it was uncomfortable and different from the photos, I didn't even get directions for the keys and I had to call once I got there. almost nothing works. if you can, spend a little more but don't ruin your holiday

It’s a bad house, no shop we only lived there for 1 day, there is a basement which has a bed, you can’t sleep there, there is a broken bathroom

if I would know this was a old store I wouldn’t be hosted there.

they don’t have air conditioner system. tv is doesn’t work no Channels neither pay tv when in the manual of the place said they have a variety of channels neither facilities in the toilet as shampoo, roll toilets paper, when the amount for charge was a lot, the bedroom is completely uncomfortable for elderly people.

Unsafe, DIRTY and whitout a doupt the worst apartment Ive ever visited.

Not a single positive thing to say about it. I get chills just thinking about this place.

Everything. It was so dirty we could not even shower there. It did not feel safe because it felt like we slept outdoors. No sound-proof at all! You can litteraly hear everything thats going on outside. Random people that knocked on our door in the middle of the night. Its better to be homeless than to live in this dirty apartment. Our whole trip was destroyed.

Not staying there again!

The area was nice, cafes were everywhere. Night life was fun if you like that and we felt safe walking late hours. A lot of stores around.

Place was not so clean. Mold in the shower and the last night we stayed there we had an encounter with a rat. We left and asked for a refund for the last night.

París es bellísimo y la zona en la que nos ubicamos nos permitió conocer sin dificultades puntos deseados.

El apartamento no cumplío con las expectativas ni con la oferta publicada. Aseo, mobiliario y capacidad física no se correspondieron con lo que se ofrece en la publicación. El anfitrión no fue de utilidad.

Arnaque - A fuir

Je n'ai pas pu accéder à la location car il y a eu un problème pour obtenir les clefs. Je me suis trouvée à 23 heures a chercher une solution par moi-même puisque la conciergerie ne répondait pas depuis la fin d'après-midi 17h30 (!) et le service booking nous a laissé à la rue sans aucune solution durant tout le séjour soit du samedi 23 mars au mercredi 27 mars 2024. J'ai dû prendre une chambre d'hôtel à mes frais et à ce jour je n'ai aucune réponse, aucun contact, aucun remboursement du propriétaire ni de booking. C'est une belle arnaque !

Es lo que buscaba gastar poco dinero y que el lugar fuera cómodo y calefaccionado para dormir.

La estación de tren que va al centro está a pocas calles al igual que supermercados y restaurantes, es un buen lugar si tienes en mente gastar poco en un lugar para sólo ir a dormir y aprovechar el tiempo al máximo para pasear. El lugar estaba calefaccionado cuando llegamos y las camas tendidas.

Estaría bien poder colgar el duchador un poco más alto para no tener que estar sosteniéndolo con la mano.

Хороше житло, яке вартує своїх грошей. Чисто, є рушники та все для туалету. Мікрохвильовка, посуд та миючий засіб. В квартирі не холодно, але провітрити проблематично. Холодильник працює без проблем.
