Het appartement ligt aan een afgesloten straatje dat met planten is aangekleed. Dat geeft een prettige sfeer. Het huis ligt in een woonbuurt met goede voorzieningen prima verbindingen, zowel met metro als bus.

Die Lage in der Stadt Kurze Wege zu den Verkehrsmitteln Metro und Bus Kurze Wege zum Erwerb von Lebensmittel Kühlschrank vorhanden
TV Empfang war nicht einstellbar Wer kochen oder brutzeln möchte, findet nicht genügend Gerätschaften vor. Ein kleiner Backofen/Elektrogrill wäre vorteilhaft.
